Its location... host is very gracious and helpful... unit is clean and well equipped

Nothing... other than if guests have bad knees or cant do stairs...

Had a problem dropping the keys off at the hotel at 4 in the morning as there was no staff at hotel reception and it took around 15 minutes before I was able to attract someone’s attention. That besides a great property, just be wary if dropping keys off very early in the morning

The location was excellent. Easy to get to all sorts of interesting places. Air con and space was great to unwind from lots of walking.

The shower wasn’t working properly at the time of our stay but in fairness to the owner she did let us know in advance and there is a bath with a shower attachment which worked fine for a short break.

Fantastic location. Less than 10 minutes to Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square, La Fenice etc.....

The municipal government has instigated a special extra tax for those tourists who choose to reside outside of Venice, and travel in for the day. People who are staying overnight in Venice do not pay this tax, but are forced to register online and obtain a QR code guaranteeing your exemption from this tax. The website and software to do this in English is difficult, cumbersome, and you are time limited. While this is not the fault of the apartment owner, this exemption should be completed well in advance so it is not an issue while you are trying to enjoy the magic and beauty of Venice.
