Exceptional location, just steps from the Rialto, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment strikes a lovely balance between classic Venetian style and genuine luxury with high ceilings, elegant furnishings, proper character. Spacious enough for a family to actually relax rather than feel cramped after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen facilities were a real bonus travelling with a young child. Being able to prepare simple meals made the stay considerably more comfortable. Would highly recommend for families looking for a proper Venetian experience without the sterility of a hotel.

Absolutely best location you can get. Close to literally everything, yet not crazy busy. Very clean, easy check in, lots of storage, great size, had all basic amenities.
Only basics provided not really luxury feel, pillows very flimsy and just one with no extra available, kitchen and bathroom stuff minimal and not enough for 4 days. I know it’s not a hotel but I’ve had better in non self proclaimed luxury. A bit dated and not Venetian beauty as claimed. A bit clinical service discouraging people for getting in touch.
