Location was great and Caterina is a gem, so lovely and helpful. Property is spotless and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente ( 5 minutos de la Plaza de san Marcos o del Puente Rialto ). La anfitriona fue muy amable en darnos todo tipo de información además de tener preparado todo lo necesario para desayunar en el apartamento. El apartamento está muy limpio y confortable ( la cocina muy completa ). Pudimos dejar las mochilas en la estancia mientras aprovechamos el día de visita hasta nuestra partida por la tarde. Todo muy cómodo. Tanto por la anfitriona como por el apartamento, muy recomendable.

Por poner algún pero el portal o rellano de la escalera necesita una mano de pintura. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The apartment was very clean and is tastefully decorated and closely resembles the photos. A lot of thought has gone into providing facilities for travellers in this apartment. The bedroom was very large and had lots of storage. The was very comfortable with table lamps that double up as wireless phone chargers. The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent shower. The kitchen was excellent, with crockery, utensils, pots and pans. There was an excellent coffee machine as well as a microwave and hob. There was an oven but we didn't use it. Our wonderful host, Caterina even made sure we had some basic provisions such as milk, juice, etc. so that we didn't have to rush out to the shops to buy these. The main selling point of this apartment, is the location. It is so easy to get to from the airport, and we were no more than 2 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and no more than 5 minutes from St Mark's Square! We would often come back from our daily excursions for some food and rest and then head out for the rest of the afternoon or evening. My wife and I were so impressed with this apartment that we will be back in the near future!

I honestly can't find anything to fault this apartment. The only thing I can think of is that there are two flights of steps. So the elderly may need to consider this before booking this apartment.

Central location . Host was very personable & extremely helpful .
