Ottimo appartamento, nonostante le tante recensioni non buone ho voluto prenotare, scelta migliore che potessi fare. Posizione perfetta per Venezia, appartamento completamente nuovo, pulitissimo, e personale super gentile e disponibile Non fatevi ingannare dalle recensioni vecchie in cui viene detto che il bagno é rotto, adesso è tutto risolto, ed é un ottimo luogo dove soggiornare

Molto vicino a San Marco,semplice ma pulito e tranquillo
Sono in corso dei piccoli lavoretti di ristrutturazione impiantistica,ma credo agli oggi già risolti.Il mezzanino sulle scale andrebbe pulito un po,ma ci passano tutti....Bisogna indicare anche calle,non solo numero sestriere,per trovare posto.

It is a very nice apartment and very good location. It was really beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.
Hot water didn’t work and the host was not very helpful to solve the problem. We could not shower our entire stay
