San Luca apartment Venice

The air-conditioning was very welcoming, it was relatively clean, there was a nice TV, WiFi, kitchen that was decently equipped and the shower was nice. The view was LOVELYYY 😍 (i've attached a picture)

The location was very hard to find. It's in a random tight dark alleyway and Google maps doesn't work to well to find the place. Not to mention, the door numbers weren't very clear around the area so that made it even harder. The walk up to the property was quite dirty and smelt like straight up pi$s. It would've been real nice if they provided some water or a kettle at least... cost us €15 to get 6×1.5L water from the corner shop as emergency supply 🫤 The toilet doesn't even have a lock... there was some leakage from the sink too. The owner decided to leave a little notice on the table that read out rules that weren't mentioned on booking.com. you have to take out the trash at a designated place on a busy street so you pretty much gotta melt in the heat while holding on to trash for dear life. The owner was more bothered to leave the notice rather than some water... please do consider providing water at least!! Thank you.

Ottimo appartamento, nonostante le tante recensioni non buone ho voluto prenotare, scelta migliore che potessi fare. Posizione perfetta per Venezia, appartamento completamente nuovo, pulitissimo, e personale super gentile e disponibile Non fatevi ingannare dalle recensioni vecchie in cui viene detto che il bagno é rotto, adesso è tutto risolto, ed é un ottimo luogo dove soggiornare

It is a very nice apartment and very good location. It was really beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Hot water didn’t work and the host was not very helpful to solve the problem. We could not shower our entire stay
