San Luca Apartment

The location was perfect, no bridges to cross with luggage, so close to the ferry ,St Marks and everything that mattered. The apartment was comfortable, like staying at my grandmother’s house. The hosts are exceptional people. Carmella was so generous with her time to bring us to the apartment and with her knowledge about the area. Also, no other hosts I dealt with are as generous with what they provide as a welcome pack for our stay. Just terrific people.

The only thing my wife and daughter needed was more water pressure to wash hair

The location was perfect, near to Rialto Bridge and next to San Marco square, it couldn't be better! The hostess was very nice, friendly, polite and full of hints that helps you during your vacation there.

The only thing I have to mention, is, the existence of a few small bottles of foam bath (4 small bottles for 2 people for 3 nights). It could have been more, doesn't cost a lot, last day we used soap to clean ourselves. Also, the price of the hotels/apartments in Venice are surprisingly high! Of course they connect with the demand! The price of this apartment was good, if you compare it with the others, but it is still high, regarding the prices at the rest of european cities!

We couldn't pick up the keys for more than an hour. I called the number they provided, write on What's Up, on Booking but no answer. Then someone called, barely speaks English and told me, that they provided the direction where to pick up the keys, but I didn't have the directions. I've called several times and write everywhere I can for more than an hour. We were thinking of booking another place, but after an hour and constantly calling and writing we got the directions. It was very bad experience
