Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in Venice. The apartment is beautiful, authentic, and full of character, making it a great place to experience the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, and the property was very clean upon arrival. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules provided in the apartment.

There are a few areas that could be improved. One thing we found unusual was that guests are expected to dispose of their own garbage. This can be especially inconvenient for tourists with very early morning transfers or departures, as there are no obvious bins nearby and guests need to know where to take the trash. We believe this would be better managed by the host. In addition, one of the bedrooms in the upstairs apartment does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during warmer days.

The host met us at the apartment and showed us everything! We had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect and close to everything. The host was quick to respond and gave great suggestions if needed.

It was expensive but thats what you pay for a great place and a great location.

Host was a great communicator and even arranged our private transfer to and from the apartment. The location was perfect, one block off a busy road, so very quiet in the evening.

The apartment itself is compartmentalized, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a separate dinning room. There isn't really a "central" living space for everyone to comfortably hang out together, so we really just hung out in our rooms as needed. Not a big deal, since you are in Venice to explore and not lounge in the apartment, but just a heads up. Also, the only key to the apartment contains the electric master key, which I'm guessing is common in Venice. Which means, you kill the power to the apartment each time you leave and there you only have one set. So if your group splits up, you have to coordinate to get back in. Again not a huge deal, just a watch out.
