The location was awesome! It was so easy to get around town from here. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and the AC worked great. With kids, I really appreciated having a functional kitchen. Carla was very friendly and helpful; it was nice having her greet us when we got off the boat and show us around.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in Venice. The apartment is beautiful, authentic, and full of character, making it a great place to experience the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, and the property was very clean upon arrival. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules provided in the apartment.
There are a few areas that could be improved. One thing we found unusual was that guests are expected to dispose of their own garbage. This can be especially inconvenient for tourists with very early morning transfers or departures, as there are no obvious bins nearby and guests need to know where to take the trash. We believe this would be better managed by the host. In addition, one of the bedrooms in the upstairs apartment does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during warmer days.

The host met us at the apartment and showed us everything! We had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect and close to everything. The host was quick to respond and gave great suggestions if needed.
It was expensive but thats what you pay for a great place and a great location.
