About this apartment rental
A large and bright apartment in the district of San Marco, near Campo San Vidal and Campo Santo Stefano, consisting of: 2 large double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged with separate beds, and 1 single bedroom. A relaxing studio area with elegant chaise longue is an ideal corner to relax and read in. The living room sofa can be turned into a sofa-bed for two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and looks onto the dining room that can seat up to 6 people. The living room has a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs. The bathrooms have shower cabins. It is an ideal solution for a large family or group of friends.
The view from some of the windows is quite suggestive: one looks onto the water of Rio di San Vidal, and from one bedroom window you can see the Grand Canal and the Accademia Bridge.
The location, near Campo Santo Stefano, is excellent for visiting the Gallerie dell’Accademia, Guggenheim Collection, and Music Conservatory. It is also a short walk from Piazza San Marco. Artisan shops, restaurants, and cafes with terrace are walking distance.
The nearest waterbus stops are San Samuele and Sant’Angelo, for easy and quick connections to all the main attractions, as well as the Lido beach, Biennale, train station, and airport.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Check-in is normally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free of charge until 8:00 PM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00, and for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, the extra charge is €100.00. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM are not accepted.
The Red House Company SRL organizes one check-in per rented apartment; any additional check-ins for other members of the group will incur a cost of €50.00 each.
Each guest staying in the apartment must present a valid identity document to the check-in agent in compliance with Italian legislation (art. 109 Regio Decreto 18.06.1931 Tulps).

First off - Marco, the property manager, is first rate. He was super helpful with all the arrangements. He also gave us great suggestions on things to do, restaurants, etc. He was responsive to questions during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, close enough to everything, but still secluded and quiet. All in all a fabulous stay in Venice.

We loved the location. Just off a great square with many restaurants to choose from. You can take the ferry system around Venice. However, we walked everywhere. Covered three quarters of Venice. Our check in with Sofie was very easy. She is delightful.
The beds and pillows were very good. The only disappointment with the apartment is it has a bit of a sewer smell. Not sure why. The 2 big bedrooms are on the same wall and they are paper thin. We were two couples traveling together. The bathrooms are across the living room from the bedrooms. Overall I gave it a five star rating because check-in was wonderful, all the beds were great and the location was really good. We loved Venice.

This spacious apartment was near perfect in every aspect. Perfect location. Gracious, responsive management company. BUT there was an awful odor in the common living area that rendered it unusable. If we kept the doors closed, it remained confined to that space. But that left us mostly confined to our rooms.
