The apartment is located in the district of San Marco, precisely in Campo Sant'Angelo, a beautiful square in the historic center of Venice, a few steps from Piazza San Marco, reachable on foot in a few minutes.
The entrance of the apartment, private and independent, is located in Calle della Madonna.
The apartment is very spacious (160 square meters) and well furnished. It has just been completely restored, both from the structural point of view and in the finishes.
It has three comfortable double bedrooms and three spacious bathrooms with showers.
The apartment is spread over several levels with a very lively plant, characteristic of many houses in the historic center of Venice.
Independent entrance from calle della Madonna (ground floor, street level):
Private entrance at street level.
A flight of 12 steps separates the entrance from the first floor.

A flight of stairs of 12 steps connects the first floor of the apartment to the second.

What a wonderful place! Very convenient location and it was a beautifully appointed. Very clean and has all the amenities you could want. The host was very communicative and had binders with all the information you could want about the property and Venice itself. Check-in was easy and methodical. Paola addressed any concerns you may have as a guest and answered all questions. The property has everything you could want. Fully renovated, well appointed kitchens and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It was like being at home. The property also has laundry facilities if needed. WiFi is available and easy to jump on just by scanning the QR code in the binder. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Venice!

Property was in a great location. Host on site to meet and ensure access all sorted Bathrooms are separate to bedrooms all good sizes with products available.Lovely apartment, recommended

This VRBO is located in a premium spot! Paola is extremely helpful in arranging water taxi’s, dining, etc. Excellent communication!
