Property was in a more quiet area but not far from the busier area so it was nice and quiet at night. It had AC which was very appreciated.
Without taking a private water taxi, the walk with luggage for the public water taxi was a little far. Not so fun when it’s hot and humid and you are not a light packer like myself

Location in quiet neighbourhood and close to biennale venues.
No internet. Window to street has no privacy curtains or blind which means you tend to leave the solid metal shutters closed, so no light or air.

the girl who met us was very nice, she gave us a selection of restaurants nearby, a transport schedule, a Wi-Fi password
she did not say the most important thing - that the address indicated in the booking absolutely does not match the real one !!! we returned home at night and searched for our real address for a long time! this is a base.
The place is far from the stop, there is no taxi, so you have to walk and carry heavy bags.
Free check-in from 14:00 to 18:00. It is very strange. they could come up with automatic check-in without a helper instead of charging extra money for it
