Very nice and clean. Location worked well for us.
When we arrived, house was locked and no one to let us in. Very upsetting for 7pp just off a cruise ship and not knowing what to do!

We traveled as a family of cousins, and we had a lovely overnight stay in Venice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the city’s charm even in a short time. The host was truly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Thank you for the warm hospitality—it was a quiet and restful stop in a truly magical place.
We only stayed for a night! We should have at least stayed for 2 nights.

location and owner is nice and accommodating, apartment is roomy
not professionally managed, the smell of the apartment is strange, too pricy for such an old apartment, opposite to a school and kids are noisy in the mornings
