Close to walk and wander. Close to little canal and locals. Very quiet at night. 3 minutes walk to the best Japanese restorante in Italy called Basra. Close to ferries. Our host kept in touch by text messages. Helped with organising transport from airport to hotel. Water taxi sailing spectacular
Wi fi didn't work for the three days we'were there but it didn't matter.

The host kindly came and met me at vaporetto stop to help with my suitcases and also helped me again when I left which was greatly appreciated . He was super helpful , a nice touch was the bottles of great drinking water for my personal use .The air conditioning was a relief after going around venice in the summer heat .the location is very quiet and peaceful but also not far from restaurants and bars and cafes .

La posizione della casa è eccellente ed è luminosissima pur avendo la grande comodità di due soli gradini per l’accesso. Accoglienza eccezionale. Rose sul tavolo e Bellini in frigorifero. Un set per la pulizia della cucina sigillato. In bagno grande varietà di prodotti shampoo doccia di grande qualità. Grande disponibilità e simpatia dell’host.
L’angolo cottura è migliorabile e consiglierei di inserire nella cucina/soggiorno qualche scaffalatura perché lo spazio disponibile è veramente insufficiente e molto scomodo da raggiungere a meno che non si sia di altissima statura.
