This was a wonderful property in a great neighborhood of Venice. The beds are comfortable, the space is large, and the hosts provide lots of details about the island.

We were notified (24 hours prior) of a maintenance issue to the property and were provided a new location. Besides us arriving later due to being lost- the new host greeted us at the door. The new location had everything we requested and our stay was perfect.

It was a little intimidating for being the first time we have been to Italy, not really knowing direction or how to use boats and trains. The host was friendly welcoming and helpful. We arrived late to our check in due to our flight delay and getting lost but the host was still there to greet us. The place was very clean and the view is beautiful.

Right at guggeheim. This Dorsudoro home is a better place to stay than in heart of Venice. Convenient to go to islands and to San Marco sq. Frequency of vaporetto is great Peace and quiet ofdorsudoro. Great restaurants and grocery stores and a lot of canal and other sites for an early morning stroll. . Great beds and clean linen with spacious bath even if it is only one bath.

Helin was at the apartment when we arrived to show us in. A short walk from the Zaterre stop on the vaparetto. Right next to the Guggenheim, there was some early morning noise from people going to the museum and artists selling their goods, but to be expected. Would definitely stay here again. I was robbed getting to the apartment lost passport 500 euros and weeks ride to boat ride tickets by pick pockets so had to cut my stay short to get police report and go to Rome U S Embassy to replace my passport with an emergency passport Landlord was no help on how to get to apartment, had no wash clothes provided to with No A/C as described and show museum picture as apartment when it is next to it back side.

Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with Art Prints and the two bedrooms were handy to use one as a storage room for suitcases,etc. The kitchen was clean - but lacked some items - sharp knives, if you were planning on a lot of We were one floor above cooking . The agency was responsive to a couple requests and sent over a technician immediately when there was a repair needed. There is noise from a walkway where many people go through day and night . We got used to it . Our key holder, who met us was rushed and needed to be better informed about appliances ,TV . He was also late meeting us .

The PEGGY apartment has unquestionably the perfect location in Dorsoduro near the three vaporetto stops (Salute, Academia, and Santo Spirito). It is spacious and full of light. Two of us stayed for 12 days, out of which my brother and his wife joined us for three nights. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the entire visit.

It was a good location and very clean. It was a break in our usual cruising travel. Ernest was great at meeting us and taking us to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Ernest gave very good instructions on the apartment but failed to show us the AC thermostat and just gave us instructions on how to open and close the windows. The first night was very warm, noisy from the people on the street and the mosquitoes ate us alive. Next day we noticed the thermostat so all was better the other nights.

The location of this accommodation is excellent as is the key manager. The host themselves though leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude and dismissive and do not address issues even when it is obvious that who you are supposed to deal with is unclear. As the customer we were treated poorly over a refund of an extra night despite giving notice many months in advance. We were then told to 'relax because you are in Venice'. Not good enough. If you tell someone you are going to refund them, then you should be doing it immediately. In fact, we should never have been charged for the additional night in the first place.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We enjoyed the art everywhere and the unique furniture. It was conveniently located near everything, but also an area that’s not too busy. We had a great time.

Apartment is in a lovely location and was clean and tidy when checking in. However, we were specifically told by email from the owner that there would be a single bed, plus pull out bed, double bed plus sofa bed. When we arrived there was no pull out bed so one of us had to sleep on the rather uncomfortable sofa bed. The bedding for which was blankets and sheets but the blankets were not terribly comfortable or clean. There were a few things not working, like the heating (the flat is all stone floors, so it was very cold in the eves) and the kettle. When we asked the owner for help, she sent someone around and then accused us of putting the electric kettle on the hob and breaking it! It was daft as why would we have reported it then and also very offensive... and obviously it didn't solve the issue. The heating was not working but she told us off for putting the thermostat up, even though the temp never went about 18 degrees. There was also hardly any loo roll for a four night stay. A minor point, but when you pay that much, you'd expect enough to last your stay! We all got bitten quite badly by mosquitos, but only at the apartment, so bring repellent to sleep in. Overall, with some changes to maintenance and set up, it would be a nice place to stay but I wouldn't recommend it until those things are done or until the owner changes are horrible attitude to guests.

We’re very comfortable and close to vaporetto, Piazza San Marco and walkways. Checked in and the flat was not cleaned until way after 2:00 pm. The day we were meant to check out, the cleaners were there at 10:00 am sharp, so had to leave without a minute to spare. Found that quite annoying, as well as having no coffee, sugar or milk, and only 2 rolls of toilette paper for 5 people/3 days, but had soap left from the previous visitors. In summary, the flat is comfortable, light and in a great location.

Excellent location, very helpful property manager (Ernst), apartment needs some TLC to improve several things (bathroom hooks for clothes, no closets or armoires to hang up clothing, bedroom and living room lighting poor, no side/coffee tables in living area, pot selection good but no frying pans or casserole dishes, tired fridge, loose toilet, worn and dirty slipcover on sofa). Bordered on two sides by walkways which have significant pedestrian traffic and can be noisy even into the late evening. Very good location.

Lovely neighborhood with easy access to The Accademia bridge and vaporetto stop. Our meeting hostess was excellent with communicating with us and introducing us to the functions of the apartment. Special treat— being so close to the Peggy Guggenheim Museum.

Super Lage um auch zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden, nahe der Accademia Brücke u. Vaporetto Anleger. Check in war einfach und mit umfassenden Erklärungen. Leider war kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden und auch die Sauberkeit im Bad könnte besser sein. Abgesehen davon ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was man wirklich braucht. Sehr helle Wohnung, nachts ruhig ( natürlich ist es durch die enge Gasse laut wenn ein Koffer vorbeigerollt wird, oder sich Leute laut unterhalten) . Am Tag wegen des Museums ab 10 Uhr lebhaft. Dosoduro bietet viel Restaurants und am Guidecca Kanal gibt es einen Supermarkt, ein kleiner bis 22 Uhr geöffneter Laden in der Nähe hat eine gute Auswahl. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele kleine Galerien und Ateliers. Wir werden gerne zur nächsten Biennale wieder das Appartment buchen,
