Small but comfortable well equipped apartment in very center of Piran but still close to beaches

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children in school age, and we had nice time in apartment Martin. The apartment is located centrally in Piran, a small picturesque coastal town closed for automobile traffic. The apartment is not big but still comfortable, equipped with everything a family could need for a summer holiday stay. The local beach is very close (walking distance) and is nice. (rocks, but with "bridges" every here and there for getting easier into the sea) Smaller grocery stores are in the close proximity. Also a small green market and a fish store. The host was very helpful in helping us finding out about the practicalities, but also with suggestions on what to see in the area.

We wish the apartment had a terrace. The centre of Piran is closed for automobile traffic. That is why, visiting Piran, you first need to solve the question of parking your car, if you are using a car for transport. There are 2 parking houses, Arze and Fornače. The first one is 15 € per day, but it is smaller, and it is recommended to reserve it upfront if you visit is during the high season. The second one is 24 € per day, but no reservation upfront is needed, and there is a free shuttle bus to the Piran centre.

Nice apartment in an authentic townhouse

A nice, well equipped and perfectly clean apartment and bathroom was awaiting for us. Our host, Katja was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is right in the heart of Piran, the windows are facing the typical narrow streets, yet you can have perfect silence behind triple glazed windows, while enjoying the air conditioning inside. Piran is a small but vibrant town with beautiful surrounding.

Very good

It is right in the of the Medieval alleys of the town. The apartment was very good; clean, comfortable, lots of hot water and air conditioning. Lots of fish restaurants in town. Really nice feel in the square in the evening. Nice opportunity to let your young children have a little run around freedom while you sit in the cafe and watch.

Need to have some kitchen scissors.
