Uncomfortable heat in the summer without aircon

Location is away from the centre. Opp the bus terminal though but the windows when closed help to block the noise.

Air con was not working throughout our stay, despite landlord says working. WiFi also stopped working on the 2nd day.

Location and facilities are fantastic. Maybe you dont give much from the front door :D But inside is really good. View is amazing, price (in late May) was incredibly fair for the quality

I really liked the location. It is between the parking lot and the old part of Piran town. The view from the balcony is very good and the apartment is in good condition.

If you have a lot of luggage, it is a bit tiring to go up to the apartment (4th floor without elevator).

Amazing location and wonderful view in a well-cared-for apartment with a quirky heating system.

The view is incredible! The apartment layout is great, with three separate rooms for sleeping, one of which has a TV and one of which has its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The location is perfect. There is a hip cafe across the street with delicious coffee and smoothies and outdoor seating next to the water. The medieval town of Piran is right outside the building's door. The hosts were very friendly and made parking in the lot outside the city, traveling with a pet, and learning about the town all very easy.

The heating system is very poorly designed and executed. Opening a window automatically deactivates the heating for the whole apartment, including the water heater! Leaving the windows cracked over night meant we had to go without hot water for showers the next day. Most people probably won't care but if you're considering booking this location because it claims to have electric charging, you should know that the charger is not at the property, but at a parking lot nearby unrelated to the property.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located minutes away from the old town centre. The host was super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the balcony with a sea view and a lovely cafe across the road where we had coffees and smoothies in the morning.

Pogled za pamćenje

Lokacija je više nego odlična. Sve je blizu. Terasa, pogled, divno! Stan je prostran, čak i kada pada kiša, može se boraviti u njemu i da bude prijatno. Sve sto na booking piše o stanu je do najsitnijih detalja tačno

Ako bas treba da tražim dlaku u jajetu - zgrada nema lift :)

Tolles Apartment in super Lage...

Tolles Apartment, super Lage, obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt ist es sehr ruhig.Vom Balkon super Ausblick aufs Meer und die Altstadt...tolle Ausstattung...2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer...Küche, kleines Wohnzimmer..es hat alles gepasst. Kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt ums Eck eine Bäckerei fürs Frühstück...toll..

Das soll keine negative Bewertung sein, persönlich für mich und meinen 14 jährigen Hund waren die 3 Stockwerke zu viel ohne Aufzug. Die Schlüsselbox ist etwas schwer zu finden..da das Apartment nicht als solches gekennzeichnet ist...

Top appartement met een view, maar er zijn verbeterpunten.

De locatie! En het appartement is erg ruim met een mooie indeling. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en een van de slaapkamers heeft een eigen badkamer, dus er zijn 2 badkamers. De keuken is compleet en met een kleine vaatwasser. De parkeergarage is niet ver, zo’n 600 meter. Ja, je moet 4 trappen op, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Het balkon heeft een fantastisch uitzicht.

De toilet van de grote badkamer zat los, waardoor deze lekte en de vloer steeds nat was. Ik meldde het, maar de host of caretaker reageerde totaal niet. De parkeerkosten vielen ook tegen. Die waren €29 per dag. Zelfs op ons afscheidsbericht is totaal niet gereageerd. Dat vind ik heel erg jammer en eigenlijk ook slecht.
