No separation between bed/living/bathroom/shower - lacks privacy for friends

Check-In Approved, But Apartment Not Ready

The location was great.

I requested a check-in between 2 and 3 PM, which was approved, and I was informed that I could collect the keys after 2 PM. However, I didn’t receive the code on time, nor was I told which lockbox to use. I didn’t ask right away, so I let that go. When I entered the apartment after 2 PM, I was shocked to find it in a very dirty and completely unclean state. Around 2:15 PM, two cleaning ladies entered the apartment unexpectedly, which startled me. They told me they were there to clean and that no one had informed them about my arrival. I was then asked to leave and come back after 3 PM. This completely ruined my plans for the day, as I missed my scheduled bus due to the delay. Additionally, the noise isolation in the apartment was very poor. Every time the neighbors upstairs used the toilet or took a shower, I could hear everything. The bathroom boiler also made loud bubbling noises whenever someone took a bath. Since the neighbors returned home around midnight and took turns bathing, I couldn’t get any restful sleep—it felt like I was sleeping next to a drainpipe. The location was nice, but overall, I’m very disappointed. The experience disrupted my schedule, caused me to miss my bus, and resulted in a sleepless night.

It is a lovely place for a short stay. The Maritime Museum is worth a visit!

Heel comfortabel

Parking confusing. There are three of them two are only for locals. Take the first one! The name ‘Fornace’ of the shuttle bus (€1) to and from the centre is not written on the parking itself. When going back to it take the last stop, cross the street and take the elevator to the parking lot.

The location in Piran Downtown.

There were some maintenance issues (slow WiFi, lights in the bathroom, noisy shower). There were no doors between rooms and bathroom so when someone went to the bathroom during the night woke everyone.

Superb

Though in centre of Piran and in the ground floor, location was quiet. The room has private toilet and shower which is also new and tidy. Air conditioning is also new and well functioning; we prefer to get the fresh air through ventilation openings in window shutters though. The room was cozy and we felt very comfortable.

Generally in Piran, be prepared to leave the car on the parking lot outside of the town. The least expensive is for 10 € per 24 hours. This one was about 1,5 km from this accomodation. So have your bags on wheels and find the route with the minimum of stairs :). But it is just a small inconvenience and the walks through Piran are much nicer without plenty of cars then :).

A slight disappointment.

They did allow to check in early, which we appreciated. The location was fine as well, really close to the center.

A slight disappointment. A sigaret smell in the hall and a musty smell in the room. The water in the shower took ages to drain. The WiFi signal was too weak for us to connect. They recommended a parking (Fiesa) €10/day, but when we went there we were not allowed to park. Besides that, they sent us the instructions about parking way too late. The room we were given was not the room we booked and was poorly isolated.

Centre of the town was a short 5 min walk. Room was nice and clean. Contact with the owner was quick.

We booked our stay a couple of weeks before in the high season. Maybe that is why the price might have been a bit too much for us.

Perfect cozy accommodation in Piran for pair.

I have to say that this accommodation is pretty awesome. Whole thing looks new. Really cozy flat with everything what you need and perfect view to the street. Clean flat, towels with shower gels, fridge and small kitchen. Place for hang a wet things from beach. Dining table with chairs. We were in first floor (one floor above ground floor). No problem with a loudly sounds from outside. No problem with some water from shower - there is edge, so it's not even possible. I recommend this flat in Piran.

I was little surprised, that I had flat on different address, really close to mentioned address, but flat and house was same like on pictures and everything was perfect.

Perfectly located spacious apartment in Piran

Perfect location, spacious, very clean, comfortable apartment, friendly and responsive hosts, easy check-in and check-out.

Soundproof is not great, when neighbours come home in the night you can hear them climbing the old wooden stairway and talking. Salt, pepper and olive oil would have been great to have in the otherwise well-equipped kitchenette.

Nice cosy appartment in the center of Piran. It had everything we need. Good airconditioning and wifi. Clean towels halfway our stay we got from a friendly woman. Self checkin/out was very easy and clear.

We had a cold shower sometimes and we had an apartment on the ground floor, so sometimes it was a bit loud at the hallway/front door and in front of the apartment with other guests.
