Would have preferred a different stay

Everything felt new and the location was pretty good.

There were ant and lots of bugs entering through the netless windows. There was a bad smell that bothered us very much, something between mold and sewerage.

Nice and clean in an excellent location

Parking is an 8 minute walk up a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others. Nothing to make coffee with.

The cleaning of the room is satisfying.

There was a very bad smell of moisture in the apartment, especially in the bathroom. The parking is not close to the apartment, and if you have luggage, be prepared for caring it for some distance.

Great location, very close to the center, yet quiet. Good size, decent facilities.

Very difficult to find. Not reacheable by car, which is normal in an old city centre. Yet booking, nor the hosts gave clear directions where to go by car, and then how to reach the apartment. This should be improved.

Really modern and new accommodation, at a great location! I am suggesting it further!

The location was really good! By feet from the center around to 10 minutes and it was close to some stairs that take you to a parking lot. We were not allowed to park there but my friend was waiting for me there with the car until I take the key and bring our stuff to the hotel and that was really practical since we didnt have to go inside the city with the car at all. The parking card that the owner offers is also great bacause we saved some money since we didnt have to pay for parking until our check out time. The accomodation inside also really nice, new furniture and great equipment!

There was a missunderstanding in the communication with the owner. I asked if it´s posssible on the first day to get the parking card from the code box two hours earlier than check in so we can park the car because we would arrive a bit earlier than check in time and she said it´s not possible because check in is at 16:00. But then on the last day I asked if we can keep the parking card until 15:00 because check out was at 10 but we would leave the city at 15:00 and it would have been great not to have to go to the parking lot twice and she said I can have it only until 12:00 because the next guests will pick it up earlier than check in time. So she allowed to them to get the parking card earlier than check in time but to us not. So I think she probably didn´t understand what I was asking for. Other than that the parking card was helpful!

Friendly host, great location, clean, new and well equipped apartment. "Only" 9 points out of 10 because of the poor wifi.

Polecam. Wszystko na tak, oprócz parkingu.

Bardzo ładne nowoczesne mieszkanko. Bardzo czysto, cicho i przyjemnie. Super klimatyzacja. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Wygodne duże łóżka, osobna sypialnia na plus. Położenie super, w wąskiej typowej uliczce, Bardzo blisko portu, placu Starego Miasta i wielu restauracji. Generalnie wszystko na plus. Oprócz parkingu.

Brak parkingu. Z racji że nie można wjechać autem do strefy Old Town, auto trzeba zostawić na parkingu daleko położonym, jeden-ten bliższy był zawsze pelny, drugi -drogi 29euro/dobę. Można z niego podjechać do placu starego miasta i dojść. Aczkolwiek gdy ma się dużo toreb, walizek, jest to uciążliwe.

Отличное место! Однозначно рекомендую!

1. Приватно, тихо, при этом 5минут пешком от центра и моря. 2. Идеально чисто, удобные кровати. 3. Отдельное спасибо за аптечку: неожиданно потребовался лейкопластырь....и также неожиданно всё нашли на полке в ванной:))) 4. На кухне есть ВСЁ необходимое чтобы приготовить обед для семьи и красиво накрыть стол (в холодильнике нашли бутылку вкусного вина, спасибо, хозяин!:))) 5. Кондиционер работает совершенно бесшумно! 6. Короче говоря......РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!

Перед бронированием всегда читаю сначала негативные отзывы, поэтому хочу написать здесь о том, что: 1. Запаха сырости в квартире не почувствовали (сейчас июль, но с дождями) 2. Жильё на первом этаже ( это для нас большой +), но при этом шумных туристов, за время проживания не наблюдалось, никто нашу приватность не нарушал.

Apartamento nuevo cómodo y limpio muy bien ubicado

Alojamiento con todo prácticamente nuevo. En cuanto a limpieza un 10, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta, cama cómoda para descansar y habitación práctica. Cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Cuenta con aire acondicionado. Ubicación perfecta a poca distancia del parking y del centro. Zona tranquila y bonita de piran muy bien comunicada a pie.

War alles ganz gut, bis auf die Muffigkeit / Feuchtigkeit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist an sich schön. Alles ist modern und neu.

Wohnung etwas feucht und muffig. Aufgestellte Geruchsspender zum Übertünchen sind sehr unangenehm. Ständiges Lüften unbedingt erforderlich um sich drinnen aufhalten zu können.
