Great location, very friendly and helpful host.

Excellent location. Labi is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. We were able to get beds near his bar. He helped us arrange a taxi upon our departure.

New towels and rubbish removed after a couple of days would have been nice as we were staying for 4 nogtrs.

Very poor

Location, close to centre

1.Even though I gave the exact arrival time (16:30) and also called the host one hour before arrival we still had to wait for like 25 minutes til he appeared. Then he started to repair the shower head. I had to pay for this waiting time. 2. The air conditioning supposed to heat at night but even the host needed 30 minute to switch it on at the first night, I needed 60 minutes for this at the second night (I'm an engineer btw) , the third night it didn't work and I got the answer that it's brand new and works. 3. At 7:55 every day very strange noises came from the upper floor, if they were building the floor or sg. 4. No soap in the bathroom. 5. The first night parking costs 24 euro and not 10 euro like on booking.com because the parking card was not available. 6. I wrote it to help other guests but I will never come back nor I recommend this place

Very kind personal. Provided help with baggage and garage parking. Free coffee and the café just next to the apartments. Great location in very center of Piran.

No light near the bed, only the ceiling ones. Need to move microwave to another place near the electric to use it.

Great location in old town, very clean, comfy bed

Very small room, quite loud (at night you can hear the foot traffick and the neighbors upstairs), street light shines through the frosted glass door so the room stays lit up through the night. Reception / handover of keys was very chaotic

A short visit to Piran that was made better by this apartment. Had everything we could’ve needed.

The newly refurbished apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Location was perfect.

Location was really good, not far from the beach and on a smaller side street. It was newly renovated.

There were no windows. If you just want a place for sleeping, then it’s completely fine. If you want to relax in the room as well, then there are probably better choices. It would be useful to have a clothes drying rack.

Very nice and clean apartment. Very friendly owners who helped us with everything we needed.

A little bit noisy because apartment is close to the main square. Parking in the city is complicated especially for families with children who have a lot of luggage. But theese are disadventages of the city not of the apartment.

Exceptional stay, just great!

The owner (Labi) was exceptional host. He was very helpful, he provided us with everything and he is just simply all around, genuinely a nice person. We didn't get fined by local policeman for parking at the wrong place in the center of the city. He just came and told him that we are his guests, simple as that. Labi also owns restaurant where we had a really breakfast every morning. He also provided us with things that weren't on the menu. The restaurant is located by the beach where you get an umbrella and chairs from Labi for free. The apartment is a few steps away from the sea. The apartment is fully equipped and everything there was new.
