Very nice to be living right inside Piran

A dirty bed and lack of accountability from the host ruined the experience

The location was fantastic.

One of our worst travel experiences. The mattress was stained, dirty, and had hair on it. I’ll try to attach photos so you can judge for yourself. The host claimed it had been cleaned and disinfected, but that the stains did not remove. I strongly question this, as any basic cleaning would have removed the long hairs we found. They admitted it needed a deep clean, but said this could only happen after our stay and that they “appreciated our understanding.” That was it ... no apology, no accountability, no solution! We had to push repeatedly just to get any form of action. After many messages, they eventually sent an extra sheet and blanket the next day. They also left alcohol, which felt like a token gesture - and not helpful at all, as we don’t drink. We ended up layering duvets and sleeping on top of the bed just to avoid the stains. It disrupted our first day and caused unnecessary stress as we spent time messaging and trying to convince the host to address the issue. We’ve travelled a lot and understand that issues or oversights can happen. But this host showed no accountability or urgency. We wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects a responsible host.

Very good apartment for visiting Piran

Uncomplicated check-in and out. Rooms were big and clean. The terrace is also very big and nice.

Modern, nice, but greatly flawed apartment in the historic heart of Piran

Nice and modern apartment in the very heart of Piran historic center. Spotless clean at arrival, simple end effective self check-in procedure. The flat is quiet, wide and equipped with everything you need.

I'd suggest this accomodation only for people able to sleep with the Sun shining directly in your eyes. Both rooms have roof-windows (Velux) with no light shielding possibility, that makes it hard to sleep after sunrise. What's most relevant, this flat should be proposed to accomodate maximum 2 people, not 3 or 4. Livingroom is quite inadequate for sleeping due to excess of light and poor, discomfortable sofa-bed (much mora a sofa, than a bed). Other unpleasant details are the shower clearly needing some maintainance, and some old food that should be thrown away (hardened, undrinkable instant coffee)

A great location in the Italian quarter of Piran, close to shops and amenities.

The property surpassed all of our expectations. Very well-equipped with very modern furniture, and spotlessly clean. I wished we had been able to book for a longer period, as Piran is by far the most picturesque and historically interesting place that we encountered on our trip to Croatia and Slovenia.

There was nothing to criticize. The place was perfect for our requirements.

Prachtig appartement midden in oude centrum

Prachtig appartement Alles was zeer modern en mooi afgewerkt. Appartement in het oude centrum, dus auto parkeren moest in een parkeergarage op ongeveer 1,5 km loop afstand . Centrum in en dan 15 minuten tijd om te parkeren uitpakken en weer weg te zijn anders duur parkeer tarief. Verder ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek in het oude centrum

Het adres vinden in de steegjes was even een uitdaging. Parkeren dus ver weg en heuvel op

Ohne Komplikation mit dem Herd ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.

Die Einrichtung war schön und komfortabel. Der Balkon ein besonderes Plus für Raucher.

Dass der Herd in der Küche nicht funktioniert hat und keine Ansprechperson zur Hand war. Ein Preisnachlass für diese Unannehmlichkeit wird einfach ignoriert und es wird nicht darauf geantwortet.
