Small apartment in an excellent location

Location couldn't be better very close to the harbour, the supermarket, restaurants, shops and the bus station. Clean, quiet and comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Nice bathroom with a washing machine. Good storage facilities.

It is a pretty small apartment and very small bedrooms. The sliding wardrobe doors in the main bedroom were unsafe and we had to request it to be fixed. TV didn't work and a technician had to be called, it took 2 days to be resolved. The fridge was rather noisy and was located in the livingroom next to the main bedroom rather than in the kitchen. Some of the description was inaccurate such as landmark view, greeted by host on arrival, vine etc to be provided, no toaster etc. We could also have done with a dustpan and brush. Plugs were all rather loose.

Amazing location in the old town. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great to have a washing machine. Host was friendly and responsive and check in/check out was easy.

Perfect place to stay in Piran

The apartment is located in a very old building, but the apartment itself is totally new, and quite big in comparison with the available space. It is well equipped.. with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishes, what I appreciate that the apartment had a lot of cleaning products, also some food like spices, sugar etc. The owner was nice and punctual. The location of the apartment is perfect.. directly in the heart of Piran, next to the harbour, opposite there is a supermarket. We got a parking card, with which we only had to pay 10 €/day.

Amazing.

Perfect location, you can park the car exactly in front of the house and take off your luggage, what is big advantage. Parking card for a nice price. Free shuttle bus from garrage to city (10min of walking or 4min in bus). Close to any beach in Piran, quite street, flat situated on flat street, no hills. Shop and restaurant next to apartment. Apartment fully equiped, clima and english TV channels, cleaning stuff, hot water and very good pressure in shower. Large bed in bedroom so we easily slept with the baby. Very close to main square and restaurants. Nana very nice and friendly lady, she allowed us to check out later.

Depends on taste, but for us too soft matrace. Little ants here and there, maily in the kitchen but not a big deal at the end if you wrap the food properly. Some bowls in the kitchen would be nice.

Picturesque Piran

The location is perfect; very close to the bus station and the centre. A bit dark but nice apartment in an old building, and it was quiet in the night. As a gift a good local red wine. Piran is picturesque and the people are friendly.

We had no wifi connection, and there was no toiletpaper.

Good located small apartment

- clean and quite modern flat - well equipped kitchen - nice and welcoming host - nice and adequately spacious common area (livingroom) - located in the old town city center, great atmosphere of the narrow streets of the neighbourhood

- really small apartment - looks much bigger in the pictures (the rooms were so small only beds could fit inside and a wee bit of space for standing, very difficult for two people to be in the same bedroom at once - very old building, falling apart a little bit - storage for bikes is under the stairs in the building and it’s pretty difficult to put the bikes there, no light and cannot be locked - The whole flat is between vuildings from all sides, so it’s very dark inside, no sunshine in any part of the day

Heureusement que l’appartement était bien situé.

L’emplacement

Aucun contact avant notre arrivée pourtant annoncée. Communication avec l’agence très confuse. 20´ pour comprendre l’emplacement de l’appartement. Chambre 2, placard d’environ 3,5 m carré. 2 eme lit pas préparé, matelas et oreiller tachés. Descriptif mensonger. Pas de parking intérieur, pas de sol en marbre, pas de caméra de surveillance, site d’intérêt = vue sur un mur aveugle.

Ubicación ideal

La ubicación es perfecta para pasear por Pirán. Lo cual compensa todo lo demás...

Mal que digan que tienen parking; los parkings que hay son de pago (€29 por día) y están alejados porque no se puede entrar al centro con coche. La entrada es oscura, super húmeda y huele mal. En el piso también hay humedad, pero lo solucionas poniendo el aire acondicionado... Las habitaciones son incómodas, pero está limpio todo. Me enviaron varios mensajes exigiéndome que especificara mi hora de llegada para poder recibirnos, a pesar de que les dije que no podía saberlo con exactitud porque teníamos varias rutas que seguir durante el día y no conocíamos los sitios; todo para luego mandarme un código para sacar las llaves de una caja a la entrada...nunca vimos a nadie.

Perfecte locatie

De locatie ligt midden in Piran. 100 meter van het busstation en 200 meter van de zee waar je met trappen het water in kunt. Supermarkt en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is wel gehorig, erg donker en de slaapkamers zijn klein. Maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het ligt op de eerste verdieping.

Het appartement was erg donker. Als je binnen bent moet het licht aan.

Jeśli nie ma możliwości zaparkowania przed domem to powinien gospodarz "załatwić" darmowy lub przynajmniej po preferencyjnych cenach parking. A tak płaciłem 29 euro za każdy dzień pobytu
