All was good

At other apartments in Piran you get from your accommodation a paper to be able to enter the city on the day of your arrival and departure for 0.5 hour for free (instead of standard 15 min) to have enough time to get your luggage out and in your apartment. At this accommodation I did not get this option.

Tökéletes lokációval rendelkező gyönyörű, tiszta, felszerelt szállás.

Ez nem a szállás hibája, mert a szlovén partokon lévő városok mindegyikéről elmondható, hogy a városban szinte kizárólag a helyieknek van parkolóhely, a turistáknak a parkolóházakban kell letenni az autót, de a szállásadó nagyon részletes tájékoztatást ad képekkel/árakkal/címmel a szállás közelében lévő parkolóházakról, így ebbe sem lehet belekötni. Ha bevállalósabb az ember és érdemes a helyieket megkérdezni, hogy az ingatlanjaik előtt lévő saját parkolóikba 5-10€/nap összegért parkolhattok e kocsival. Hosszabb távon sokat lehet vele spórolni.

La gestione di questa struttura è pessima, mancano proprio le basi per la gestione di un alloggio. C'è stato un grosso problema al momento del check in, abbiamo rischiato di rimanere per strada e di dover trovare un altro alloggio da qualche altra parte. Non sono state fornite le informazioni per trovare l'appartamento e le istruzioni per il check in e non è stata data nessuna assistenza all'arrivo. Mi spiego meglio, con ordine. I gestori mi hanno mandato un codice per il self check in, senza nessuna altra indicazione. Al nostro arrivo, siamo arrivati nella via indicata su booking, ma non c'era il numero civico della struttura e noi non sapevamo quale fosse la casa e dove trovare la cassetta per prendere le chiavi. I gestori non hanno fornito nessuna informazione, nessuna foto, niente, solo un codice, ma non dove si trovava la cassetta dove usarlo. Siamo rimasti fuori, per strada, per più di un'ora. Abbiamo più volte scritto messaggi alla struttura e telefonato al numero che ci era stato dato e con il quale avevo scambiato dei messaggi tramite WhatsApp, ma non rispondeva nessuno, né al telefono né ai messaggi. Non ci è stata fornita nessuna assistenza. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad un vicino di casa che per fortuna era lì e ci ha aiutato. Anche lui è stato più di mezz'ora con noi per cercare di capire quale fosse la casa (ed era uno del posto!). Dopo un'ora, il gestore ha avuto finalmente l'idea di richiamare! Ha parlato con il vicino e gli ha detto quale fosse la porta. Fuori c'erano tre cassette e non si sapeva in quale delle tre si trovasse la chiave! Le abbiamo provate tutte con il codice ricevuto e nessuna apriva! Ho richiamato quella specie di Host, che ha di nuovo parlato con il vicino, che ha provato di nuovo ad aprire le cassette. Alla fine, dopo più di un'ora è riuscito ad aprire la terza. Non ci hanno detto nemmeno quale fosse il nostro appartamento abbiamo dovuto provare le chiavi in tutte le porte!
