Beautiful terrace, comfortable and functional.

The apartment has a beautiful terrace and a prime location. Nothing special in terms of decorations but it has all one needs and is really clean. The staff was also super helpful and kind.

Skvelá lokalita, krásny výhľad, ubytovanie nám úplne vyhovovalo, ak niečo vytknem, tak sú to len drobnosti, ktoré naozaj nepokazia celkový výborný dojem. Umožnili nám skorší check-in, na odovzdanie kľúčov sme nemuseli čakať, boli presní. Potrpíme si na čistotu, kúpeľňa bola krásne prerobená, vlastne celý apartmán bol premyslený a dotiahnutý do detailov, naozaj skvelé.

- potrebné počítať s ranným hlukom, ak máte otvorené okná, ráno si nepospíte. Ale nevadí, vstali sme skôr a šli si užívať dovolenku. Ak prídete počas sezóny a budete mať pustenú klímu, tak okná sú naozaj zvukotesné, nebudete počuť nič. - záchod mohol byť lepšie vyčistený, v kúpelni trochu cítiť zápach kanalizácie.

Superb location, clean and comfortable.

Easy process, quick phone call and the keys were bought to us a few minutes later. We really enjoyed our stay at Porthouse Apartment, stunning location overlooking the harbour, spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfortable. Having a roof top balcony was a real delight and we were able to sit and watch the sunset over the Adriatic with a glass or two. Would definitely book again the next time we visit Piran.

A slice of heaven!

Fantastic location, great access to everything. Apartment was clean and good layout. Shower was heaven!! Kitchen utensils were pretty good. Lots of plates, bowls and glassware which was really handy. Communication clear and simple. Parking was clearly communicated and we followed that… but do factor in about €30 per day!

Great location with an incredible roof terrace - a really brilliant place to stay

Great location, right behind the marina. It has its own private roof terrace, a huge space, with a fantastic view of the port and beyond. The apartment is recently renovated to a really high standard, and has A/C in the main space which was great as it was incredibly hot when we were there. It was a 5 minute walk around the harbour to the sea front for swimming. Lots of good restauarants and places to eat and drink.

The views!

The best was early mornings on the roof top terrace with my tea watching the town and harbor awaken while enjoying the views across the Adriatic. The location is great, the kitchen well-stocked and very modern and the apartment quite comfortable. Most of all, the staff was wonderfully responsive and helpful - even carried my suitcase up when I arrived!

Super nice and friendly reception. Nice location, great view. Good price for parking (compared to the full price). You can’t park your car in the city , only in the garage outside. Garage in 15 walk, so it’s fine. There are almost everything that you need in the kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, salt, sugar, pepper, oil ))

Great location, great updated bathroom, and spacey bedrooms.

Super small and outdated living room space. The way the agency handled the parking conditions. It was only after we reserved the place that includes “free parking” we we’re told there’s a whole procedure out it as the parking garage is actually 10-15 min (walking distance) or a shuttle ride away. Ok, no big deal, but in order for it to be free you have to go to the agency office to validate your parking ticket FOR EVERY EXIT FROM THE GARAGE. Even that wouldn’t be a problem if I we didn't find a closed office on 3 separate occasions. After a disgruntled conversation, the host was super eager to make it right coming our way to validate the ticket, but that could have been prevented.
