Very nice appartment in the heart of historical old city of Piran

Excellent location in the old city of Piran. The appartment was very well equipped. Modern furniture, very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Even dishwasher was available. The hosts allowed us to perform check-in very early - at 11AM. The stairs to the appartment in 2nd floor are a bit steep and shallow, but it's okay, Note: parking in the old city center of Piran is not possible, however, 2 parking garrages are available nearby. I choose Azre parking garrage - very easily accessible from the appartment (walking distance). I highly recommended this excellent appartment.

Pleasant stay, beautifull city, friendly local people.

It was a pleasant stay. Despite some walking up the stairs to the apartment, we were impressed by the luxurious and spaciousness of the apartment. It also gives a feeling of home.

When we arrived, it was a little cold in the apartment, but that didn't bother us too much.

Appartamento eccezionale, con tutto il necessario e anche di più! Posizione eccellente in centro. Host disponibile. Lo sceglierei ancora!

Parcheggio più vicino (15 minuti a piedi) al costo di €29 al giorno. Credo sia meglio toglierlo dai servizi inclusi per non fuorviare chi fa la ricerca e di segnalarlo invece in descrizione, oltre che nel dettaglio dei servizi. Pulizia migliorabile, in particolare in bagno.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville. Parfait pour un groupe de 6 personnes.

L’emplacement est parfait. Plutôt calme. Bonne distribution des pièces. Lit confortable. Bonne pression dans la douche. Appartement fonctionnel pour 6 personnes.

Gros doute sur le ménage. Le sol était collant, il y avait des marques de pas sur le parquet. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons voulu chauffer de l’eau, le disjoncteur principal qui se situe dans l’escalier au premier étage a sauté ! En fait il alimente deux appartements du même propriétaire et il a fallu l’appeler pour régler le problème sachant que les disjoncteurs dans l’appartement étaient en position de marche. Le propriétaire devrait faire quelques travaux d’entretien car le niveau de l’appartement pourrait se dégrader rapidement : changer le pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, nettoyer les joints de la douche (moisissures), déboucher la bonde de douche, remettre la poignée d’un tiroir de la salle de bain…

Un soggiorno piacevole e comodo, in un appartamento accogliente.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato e molto spazioso, perfetto per un soggiorno con amici o in famiglia. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di giochi da tavolo e anche di alcuni condimenti utili in cucina. Con il caldo di questi giorni, il condizionatore è stato un vero salvataggio! La posizione è ottima: vicina sia ai market che al centro, molto comoda per muoversi a piedi. Tutto curato nei dettagli, ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

L’aspetto negativo è stato il parcheggio: non abbiamo trovato posti liberi e abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio coperto del paese. Ho avuto anche qualche difficoltà iniziale nel ritiro delle chiavi, ma solo perché era la prima volta che utilizzavo le cassette all’ingresso…

Tolles Apartment mit Aufholbedarf

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Zweite Reihe, aber absolut kein Nachteil. Supermarkt quasi ums Eck. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein herzliches Danke dafür.

Der Weg ins Apartment ist wirklich nur für Personen geeignet, die gut zu Fuß sind. Es geht über steile Stufen in den zweiten Stock. Sehr enges Stiegenhaus. Die Ausstattung ist okay, aber nichts besonderes. Es wirkt alles etwas „billig“ und noch nicht ganz fertig. Im Bad fehlt die Toilettenpapierhalterung, einzelne Griffe sind nicht vorhanden bzw. fehlen. Die Fotos auf Booking von dem Apartment sind sehr gut gemacht und erwecken einen etwas anderen Eindruck. Es wirkt sehr groß und geräumig, allerdings beim Betreten der Wohnung wird klar, die Fotos täuschen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, Boden, Bad, Esstisch war nicht sauber. Bitte etwas nachbessern.

Super družinske počitnice.

Super lokacija. Prijetno urejen in čist apartma. Slike Pirana na steni apartmaja so otrokom omogočile igrivo prepoznavanje znamenitosti v mestu. Lokacija je mirna in tiha. Za spanje je bilo dovolj tiho in temno. V apartmaju je bilo veliko opreme, v bližini apartmaja pa trgovina z živili.

Zame je bilo malo hladno - če bi vedela, da so tla hladna bi prinesla toplejše copate. Otrok in moža ni zeblo.
