Nice for a short stay.

Parking is right up the location, quiet stay. I loved the pool view, even though it was a relatively small one.

It is still quite a walk to main sea town. And there is a need to carry luggage up the stairs.

Great spot to explore Piran and Portoroz!

Perfect place to explore both Piran (walking distance) and Portoroz. The position up on a hill provides a wonderful view of the bay. Very comfortable beds, spacious apartment, easy access to the outdoor area with a clean and pleasant pool and bar area.

Lovely short break at VIP apartments

Nice apartments with sea view. Bar area was great, all decorated really tastefully with lovely chairs to relax in by the pool, lots of plants everywhere. Host was friendly. Pool clean.

Drinks were more expensive than in the centre of Piran.

Don’t doubt - definitely a place to stay in Piran!!!

First of all, the residence is very accessible by car. It makes you feel satisfied and it will make a great impression. The impression stays throughout the whole stay. I was personally impressed by the plants at the pool and on the terrace and the whole decor just fits. The pool is small but clean, the water has a good temperature. They offer breakfast and drinks at the bar.

If you plan to walk to the beach, forget about it. As the owner says (by the way he is very sympathetic and helpful) - this is what we have . The beach in Piran is small and next to Hotel Barbara( if I remember well) so the next option is a ride to Strunjan Beach. But you will always like to come back to the Residence and park your vehicle comfortably and enjoy the pool.

Relaxing stay

The apartments are lovely and clean. The swimming pool and area around it are very relaxing. Great place to stay. It’s about 10 minutes walk (downhill) to the town of Piran and about 8-10 minutes walk (uphill) walk to the supermarket.

Nice apartment with adequate facilities for a certain amount of self catering. Nice small pool with good view of the coast. Well stocked bar for residents.

Not near restaurants or bars, steep downhill walk to the seafront bars, restaurants and the town. A steep climb back to property afterwards.

Great apartment with lovely view. Good size with everything we needed. Very handy for supermarket, walking into Piran and other walks. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Nice to have a bar and pool.

It is north facing so you won't get much sun on balcony.

What a place! Simply simply lovely. Clean, close to the Piran Town, very comfortable Apartment. Swimming pool (unfortunately it was too cold due to April Weather) Bar Hosts - they are very Friendly and Helpful! It’s very nice place to spend your time, even better place for a quick trips to Italy and Croatia Surely - we’ll back!

nice apartment, quiet and comfortable. pool area perfect for relaxing, we stayed in the groundfloor apartment which is much smaller, but it was OK and it has its own seating area (chairs and small table) right outside the entrance, offering even more privacy.

pergolas or some sort of cover in case of rain would be nice in the pool area

Really nice view from the terrace. And the apartments were good (but maybe not so fresh) but a little bit overpriced. Anyway, I think it's ok when you have such a beautiful view from the terrace - it's definitely worth spending one night here. Good parking (it is difficult to park somewhere in the city center). Not so far from the city center (it is possible to get on foot)

Maybe a little cosmetic repair is needed here. There were not enough kitchen utensils - mugs, glasses, etc.
