Schönes Apartment, leider mit Abstrichen

Das Apartment hat eine perfekte Lage im wunderschönen Piran und einen fantastischen Meerblick. Das untere Stockwerk ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Möbel im oberen Stockwerk sind nicht ganz so schön, aber es ist gemütlich und geräumig. Bis auf die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir fanden die Kommunikation des Vermieters uns gegenüber leider wenig professionell: Er hatte uns - entgegen anderslautender Beschreibung bei booking.com - telefonisch zugesagt, dass wir eines unserer zwei Autos kostenfrei in einer (ziemlich teuren) Garage parken könnten und hierfür nur eine Parkkarte benötigten, die uns jemand bringen würde. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage, wo denn die Karte sei, kam keine Reaktion. Erst als wir am dritten Tag anriefen, stellte sich heraus, dass der Vermieter uns mit anderen Gästen verwechselt hatte und es für uns keine Parkkarte geben würde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir beide Autos bereits mehrere Tage in der teuren empfohlenen Garage geparkt, statt in einer deutlich günstigeren. Obwohl der Vermieter mehrfach sagte, dass die Verwechslung sein Fehler sei, wurde er und gegenüber am Telefon laut und unhöflich, ließ uns keinen Satz ausreden und legte schließlich auf. Wenn man für eine Ferienwohnung gerade über 300 Euro eingenommen hat, ist dies nicht das Verhalten, das wir erwartet hätten. Auch zu anderen per Email/SMS gestellten Fragen erhielten wir keine Antwort. Abgesehen davon - wäre eine Anleitung zum Parken vor dem Apartment während des Ausladens sehr hilfreich gewesen (man muss ein Parkticket lösen und hat dann 15 Minuten Zeit, danach kostet es eine Strafgebühr), - ist das Bad im oberen Stockwerk etwas unpraktisch: Man duscht in einer kleinen Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, so dass man sehr aufpassen muss, nicht alles nass zu machen, die Toilettenspülung ist defekt und ein Waschbecken gibt es nicht, - scheint die auf den Fotos abgebildete Dachterrasse nicht zum Apartment zu gehören, - war das Apartment nicht 100% sauber (Taschentuch unterm Bett...). Das alles sind im Vergleich zum oben genannten Punkt jedoch verschmerzbare Kleinigkeiten.

Location

Air Con was broken (fixed after 24 hours) No hot water for entire stay Washing machine broken. No laundry powder provided to hand wash. Significantly not described - no hot tub, loads of the facilities listed are not included. Door handle fell off- didn’t feel secure even after being fixed. Kettle was unsafe - couldn’t use. We’d brought our own tea and coffee. Loads of PowerPoints didn’t work. Not clean - mould in showers / bathrooms. Needed a really good bleaching. Bidet filthy. Towels horrendous - seemed 20 years of old. Beds are lumpy. In serious need of attention and cleaning!

Ruim huis op mooie lokatie, bijna direct aan boulevard (zit parkeerplaats tussen). Vanuit huis uitzicht op zee. Grote open keuken, woonkamer met bankstel en eethoek. twee badkamers. Airco lekte, werd meteen actie op ondernomen. Eigen balkon met 3 stoelen en boven in gebouw nog balkon. Auto beste buiten Piran parkeren (Fornaz, houdt rekening met parkeerkosten)

Szuper helyen, tetőteraszos, kényelmes apartman.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Szuper a tetőterasz. Jópofa a tetőtéri megoldás. Volt minden, amire szükségünk volt. Rugalmas volt az érkezés a távozás.

A tisztaság nem volt az igazi. A fő terek ki voltak takarítva, de a kanapé mögött, a emeleti részen a sarkokban, a fagyasztóban állt a kosz. :-( A vendéglátó nem igazán reagàlt az üzenetekre.

Wielkie rozczarowanie

Czysto, blisko centrum miasta i do morza, duży apartament, wyposażona kuchnia.

- Oferta wprowadza w błąd - Taras w tytule oraz na zdjęciach nie jest tarasem prywatnym przynależącym do apartamentu, tylko jest dzielony z innymi mieszkaniami w budynku. W momencie naszego przyjazdu taras był zamkniety łańcuchem na kłódkę i nie było możliwości skorzystania z niego. Właściciel nie był w stanie udostępnić klucza w trakcie naszego pobytu. - brak parkingu - właściciel informuje o możliwości postoju pod apartamentem w celu wypakowania bagaży, jednak nie wspomina, że wjazd pod budynek jest płatny - 15 minut za darmo, powyżej tego zapłaciłam 3 euro (za 25 minut postoju).

Appartement très bien situé , face à la mer, à deux pas de la grande place et des restaurants du front de mer. Lits confortables, cuisine fonction nette et bien équipée et les 2 salles de bain et toilettes sont bien pratiques pour un groupe.

The parking lot was more than 1.5 km away. We were there for two days and the parking lot was still a small fortune. The room was not very clean. The owner did not respond to our problems. We left the place without meeting. Busy loud place. Hot water is not enough for 5 people.

Superb

Nice location, clean and comfortable. Vert good for 3 or 4 people well equipped kitchen lots of hooks though out and nice lighting. We have stayed in Piran a dozen times at various locations. The Penthouse Presernovo nabrezje is a excellent choice for the money. Oh yeah, 47 steps up to the penthouse not a deal breaker for us but could be for some.❤️🇸🇮

Very good location, right at the beach, just minutes from the center of Piran and sights. The apartment is large, quiete, very well equipped, the view is beautiful.

The upper room was not that tidy and with older furniture, also the terrace on the rooftop is a common one without any furniture. You need to count with the fact it's on the top 4th floor without the elevator.

Seaside with bueatiful view

Naturally little noisy in the evening, but beautifully lively during the day, perfect location in the center of Piran. Spacious and clean appartment, nice morning terrace for sunbathing or breakfast. Beautiful evening view on the sea. Morning swimming is a must 😊

Toilette upstairs is not usable at 100%. Elderly people might have problems with stairs.

Roof terasse is not part of the appartment though on booking it appeared so and was the reason why i booked it. There was no soap, shower gel whatsoever. Towels are for minimen :) we missed coffemaker too. otherwise large flat with nice view

Pleasant

Flat is very nice, well equipped. We liked the size of the flat, view to the sea, everything was clean and nicely prepared.

Internet didn't work during our stay, the owner tried to fix it but they weren't able to manage it. Locality was noisy at night but it is something you have to count when you want to spend holiday near the beach and city centre.

Wonderful location

For our group of 3 the apt was wonderful. A comfortable living room and kitchen facilities. It has a great view of the sea and sunsets. Note that it is a fair climb up 3 floors (or was it 4?!) with no elevator. Not a problem for us but possibly for others. Also, the second bathroom upstairs did not have a sink.
