Well located small room.

Very good location, we loved getting in and out of the apartment every time. The shower was big enough and had a top shower head as well as a hand held one. The AC worked fine.

The dish drying mat had some stains on it, would be good to wash it every now and then. The bed was a bit too narrow. The room felt damp, but turning on the AC solved it. A microwave would have come in handy. Also, the room is quite small and feels a bit cramped, the "table" is just a narrow desk mounted to the wall. There also is only one night bedside table, and the side, so you have to put your things on the floor and make sure they don't get dirty. Stuff like earplugs, medication, facemasks will need extra cases to protect them from dust, if you want to have them near the bed. The pictures are a bit skewed to make the tiny room fit onto them, but it looks exactly as pictured, so OK, although 21m might be a bit overstated. Just be aware, that for longer stays, this might be uncomfortable. For us it did not matter, as we preferred location over comfort, but it is really small.

Top Lage, ausreichende Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Kontakt bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe und Check-in. Wir hatten das Apartment mit Dachterrasse - traumhafter Ausblick.

Sehr steile Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Enges Treppenhaus (aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau). Leider hatten wir in der Nacht ein Gewitter mit Regen und es hat leider in die Wohnung getropft.

La finestra murata dell'appartamento al piano terra (Postojna) è intollerabile: senza luce, rumori anche la mattina presto dal magazzino adiacente, ristagno di odori, impossibile cucinare. Oltre alla difficoltà nello scaricare i bagagli: bisogna lasciare la macchina al di là della piazza e portare tutto a mano (di corsa) per cento metri

Finestra senza possibilità di apertura in quanto prospicente un cavedio dal quale affluivano odori di cucina. La camera, nonostrante il condizionatore e la ventola era molto umida.

Schimmel in der Unterkunft (hinter Bett)sowie Wasserschaden an der Decke. Diese Unterkunft dürfte nicht mehr angeboten werden bzw. dieses Zimmer. Das ist sehr gesundheitsschädlich 😢 auch der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Kein Parkplatz und auch kein Fenster. Bitte bieten Sie das Zimmer nicht mehr an.

Apartmány dostatečně vybavené, všechny měly funkční klimatizaci, velmi dobrá poloha hned nad centrálním náměstím a jen několik minut chůze od nejbližší pláže.

Při rezervaci vám napíšou "celý apartmán", a současně lze vybrat jenom termín, člověk tedy logicky očekává, že veškeré fotografie z ubytování jsou 1 daný apartmán. Těšili jsme se tedy na výhled na moře z terasy, místo toho jsme dostali 3 miniaturní apartmány s výhledem do zdi. Vybavení ve sporném technickém stavu, rozložení vybavení ani nekomentuji.

Top-floor apartment with the balcony highly recommended!

Lovely apartment with a great rooftop balcony. Balcony views are amazing as it’s overlooking the main square and the sea. The apartment is recently renovated with great taste and the AC works perfectly.

The apartment lacks some basic amenities like salt, pepper and oil as well as shower gel and shampoo. Although the view from the balcony was great, it gets really hot during the day and there could be a sun shade there.

Zrekonstruovaný apartmán, super lokalita, není zde vlhkost!!! (v jiných apartmánech v Piranu vždy bylo velmi vlhko), kávovar s kapslemi, tv s internetovým připojením, velmi milý personál

Chybělo nám drobné vybavení v kuchyni - pepř a sůl a náhradní sáčky do koše, hluční sousedé na chodbě, dále nám chyběl sušák na pověšení mokrého prádla

Spitzen Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Sie liegt direkt am Tartini Hauptplatz. Die oberste Wohnung mit der Dachterrasse ist meiner Meinung nach ein besonderes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich war bereits das 2.Mal hier und werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Did not provide body wash or shampoo, where most apartment owners do provide this for this price range. Kitchen was missing a few items - only 1 dish was provided! Some cutlery was missing, no oil, salt, pepper No microwave! No night table on one side, however one was provided upon request Light came through the blinds, needs to provide blackout curtains

Expectations not fulfilled

The location is super central, perfect if you like to stay in the spot.

My expectations weren't fulfilled. The apartments are nothing but a hotel room, the city view was a small window to the roof of another building and I was able to hear the young couple.in the floor above all night.
