Our accommodation was located in the heart of Piran, very close to the square and the old city walls. It was also conveniently near a grocery store and a market. The house had three floors, with a beautiful living room on the second floor and a rooftop terrace offering stunning panoramic views of Piran. We stayed there for two nights. Although Piran was quiet in winter, our family felt incredibly warm and comfortable. We owe a special thanks to the host, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He responded immediately to all our inquiries and did his best to assist us. When we first arrived, I emailed him asking about nearby markets, and he drove to our accommodation to personally show us the grocery store and fish market. He even offered to take us to a larger market the next day if we needed. On the second day, he brought us firewood for the fireplace. Though the weather outside was stormy and we regretted missing Piran’s beautiful sunset, we spent a cozy evening by the fire, sharing stories and enjoying our time together. On the third day, when we checked out, he kindly allowed us to extend our stay until noon free of charge, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable departure. His kindness and generosity made our journey truly enjoyable. Thank you for everything you did for our family! Wishing you all the best in 2025—may good people have good dreams! Wishing your beautiful little daughter a healthy and happy growth! When summer comes, if we plan our next trip, I will not hesitate to return here!

Great size of 3 store appartment,, marvelous terrace with a wonderfull vue on Tartini Square, nice furniture.... definately one of biggest and coolest apartments in Piran.

I like all apartment.. with 1 exeptance. There is no honest description of bathroom. There are no 2 bathrooms. There is 1 nice bathroom + 1 extremly small toalet, wher you cannot neither close the dors.

Our stay was very hot ( due to the heatwave) but the air conditioning was very welcome. All amenities including the sea

The property was light and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable and it was great that there were two showers and toilets. It was also a very short walk from everywhere we wanted to go, restaurants aplenty and a great nightlife.

There was nothing particularly that we disliked or would change.

We had a wonderful visit to Piran and stepping out on the deck each morning was amazing!

The deck on the roof was excellent, and the place was very clean. Air conditioning on all 3 floors was fantastic.

Someone in the building was a smoker so there was a faint smell of smoke at times. You had to use the key on the inside to unlock the doors. Felt like a hazard if you need to get out in a hurry. Also we were 3 people and only had two sets of keys, if one person stayed home they could not lock the door.

Good location, clean, nicely remodeled and updated. Large bowl of fruit was a nice touch. Lovely rooftop terrace! Good communication.

The location is perfect and the terrace is very big and comfortable with a beautiful view. The host was very nice and helpful. We also received local wine and fruits that was very tasty.

Only disadvantage that the staircase is a bit dangerous and uncomfortable with a baby or a little child but its managable.

Great place to explore Piran and enjoy the view!

The terrace upstairs is amazing! The apartment itself as well! You can basically sit in the terrace all day! The host is friendly and easy to communicate with! The apartment is well equipped with capsule coffee maker (capsules included!) and cups and glasses enough for everyone. Plus you get a bottle of wine and basket of fruits as a welcome!

The terrace is surrounded by neighbours so it's rather a quiet place. You need to take into account the stairs. It's not that it's something I disliked, but I wouldn't recommend the apartment for elderly people or people with children since the stairs don't have any handrails.

Excellent stay in the centre of Piran

The apartment is big and airy as well as extremely clean. Very well furnished (air conditioning on all three floors, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, etc.). Amazing view from the terrace. Friendly host who met us on arrival at the door. Bang in the centre of Piran (which - mind you - is only accessible by car for a short time to unload the luggage as parking is arranged in a nearby parking garage with a free shuttle bus to the center).

Actually nothing in particular. People with mobility issues should take notice that there are two narrow and steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment and the apartment is on three floors so there are a lot of stairs. No issue for us but might take two runs up and down if you have a lot of bags.

Great location overlooking the main square in Piran and only a 2 minute walk.

We struggled to find it, I was stood outside it but there was no sign outside. The gentleman who met us wasn’t the friendliest of hosts.

Skvelý a nápomocný hostiteľ, cítili sme sa ako doma

So všetkým sme boli nadmieru spokojní. Apartmán bol útulný, veľmi dobre zariadený, nič nám tam nechýbalo a cítili sme sa ako doma. Vynikajúca poloha a parádny výhľad na Tartini square. Hostiteľ Adrey bol veľmi priateľský, ochotný a nápomocný.

Že sme nemohli zostať dlhšie.

Andrii, der Host, war super nett, hatte uns Wein und Obst auf den Tisch gestellt und uns sogar abgeholt und zum Quartier gefahren. Das Quartier war sehr sauber und hat eine fantastische dachterasse und eine tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Immer wieder, lieber Andrii

Ein Traum

Die Unterkunft ist riesig und sehr komfortabel, es gibt alles was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Der Unterkunftgeber war außerdem sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Buto vieta - tobula, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis ir šalia. Vaizdas pro viršutinio kambario langus atima žadą ir pakrauna visai dienai.Šeimininkas pasitiko su vaisiais ir vynu. Kadangi siautė audra, turėjome papildomų šildytuvų, kad jaustumėmės komfortabiliai. Šeimininkai operatyviai komunikuoja ir yra paslaugūs. Bute yra visa reikiama virtuvės įranga ir indai, rankšluosčiai, patalynė. Pats buto kiemas jau yra istorinėje vietoje - greta seno vienuolyno, bei bažnyčios. Gretima gatvele galima įkopti prie istorinės miesto sienos, kur vaizdai vėlgi gniaužia kvapą. Vieta nuostabi, tikrai grįžčiau ir rekomenduočiau kitiems.

Laiptai patekti į butą yra statūs, tad gali būti nemažai iššūkių keliaujant su vaikais ar sunkiau judančiais asmenimis. Butas taip pat išsidėstęs per tris aukštus, tad šį niuansą svarbu apgalvoti. Bute yra viena vonia su kriaukle, dušu ir tualetu, o viršutiniame aukšte yra tik wc su maža kriaukle, ir tai tik už varstomų, nelabai sandarių durų. Laiptinėje iki patenktant iki buto labai jaučiasi rūkalų kvapas, nes pirmo aukšto kaimynas rūko. Vis tik, šie trūkumai pranyksta vos tik užlipus į trečią buto aukštą ir pamačius jūrą, kalnus, dangų ir stogus.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt in der Altstadt von Piran

Die Lage und die Dachterrasse sind der Hammer. Kommunikation war sehr gut. Bei Ankunft hat uns eine Dame empfangen und alles gezeigt. Ein Tipp: keine zu großen Koffer mitbringen 😉 die Treppen sind schmal und steil, ist eben direkt in der Altstadt. Piran ist ein ganz tolles Städtchen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Situació fantàstica, ideal per visitar el centre històric.

Apartament molt ben situat, molt a prop del centre. Amb vistes extraordinàries des de la terrassa. L'habitació superior és àmplia i lluminosa i amb accés directe a la terrassa, i les vistes des del finestral de la ciutat de Piran, el mar i les muntanyes de fons són fantàstiques. Allotjament amb tot lo necessari, cuina molt ben equipada. Per passar uns dies genials en un lloc encantador com Piran. Amfitrions atents i amables, sempre a disposició de qualsevol dubte. Ens van obsequiar a l'arribada amb una ampolla de vi i fruites.

Per accedir a l'apartament has de pujar al segon pis per escales estretes i amb veïns del pis inferior que deixen trastes a l'escala. Les habitacions del pis inferior són una mica fosques. Quna surt el sol entra molta llum per les persianes insuficients en l'habitació superior, i complica el dormir.
