The owner paid great attention to details regarding bringing the guest an experience together with the apartment itself. You feel like he is telling a story and had a clear idea when designing the place. This is something special and makes you remember it for some time after you have left. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for cooking; the owner thought of all the details so guests have the possibility to stay in and don’t need to go to a restaurant. He also provides board games and cards, which is really nice.
Now I think this apartment is better suited for 2 people. We were 3 adults, and even though we are in our thirties, climbing up to where the 2 beds are felt dangerous, for my almost 70 year old mum it was simply impossible. With luggage for 3, it felt like Tetris to move our stuff around just to be able to walk. On top of that, when we arrived it had been raining, and because of that there was a leak in the ceiling, which made the space even smaller since one chair had to be moved out of use. The owner informed us before we arrived to the place, we were correctly informed about the incident. What also makes me feel uneasy is the price per night, as I honestly find it expensive for what you get, this is my one pain point.

The unit is a "traditional" Piran and that is the experience that we wanted. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. It is in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Location is good. Just steps from main square. Places is small, good for single or couple.
Noises. You can hear every from street, like people walk by or talking. You hear every movement from your neighbors

The location in the center of Piran is excellent. The room provided all the basic necessities including a small stove fridge and coffee machine
The host provided a lot of information, which was a bit overwhelming. We were also confused about the function of the key provided, as the door operates via a pin code. The room is cozy but quite small and feels a bit claustrophobic due to the lack of windows. The insulation of the room is not great, so we could hear people from the building, and since the room is located on a busy street, we could also hear noise from outside. This wasn't a huge problem for us because we didn't stay during the high season, but it could be an issue otherwise

Great location, kids liked climbing the ladder to the mezzanine.
Cold, no natural light, toaster didn't work, and some noise from upstairs.

This little studio is a work of art. Alot of detail that makes it really pretty cool. The decor is what I imagine a "Traditional House" in Piran might have looked like - hence the name. We only had two people, but it is configured to comfortable sleep a family of 4. Location is good - right in the center of Piran. We never met the host, but they had everything clearly laid our for us and it was really easy.
These are not negatives and did not bother us, but just things to be aware of. There are no cars in Piran so parking of off-site. Great walk - 15-20 minutes along the coast with beautiful scenery or there is a shuttle bus. The other thing to be aware of is that there are no windows to speak of in the house - just the main door which empties right out into the walkway where people will be. That might make some feel claustrophobic. To counter the lack of windows, they employed some clever lighting and window-scapes so if you do it right (window lights on - glass shutters closed) it looks like you do have windows - even at night. Very cool effect and added alot of depth of the studio.

This is a beautifully designed room—though not very large, it feels spacious and comfortable to use. The host Gregor has put a lot of thought into the details, even providing small essentials like a sewing kit.
We had a wonderful stay!
The only thing to note is that since we visited during the coldest season of the year, the hot water wasn’t quite enough for four people. If you have a similar situation, I’d recommend keeping showers short or spacing them out to allow the boiler time to reheat. However, I believe this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer. Apart from this, everything was perfect!

Gregor, the owner, really thought of what travelers would need. When I opened the door, I said "wow"! So quaint, it had an adventurous appeal and well utilized space. Tucked away in Old Town with its well walked stone paths. I loved the close little store where I bought a box of Turkish delights and gluten free bread from. After a little scouting walk when we arrived, it poured down rain but because we were so close to the restaurant that we wanted to try (mainly had outdoor seating) we had a fantastic take out and ate in the cozy apt with the tea provided by Gregor. I still remember the mint tea that was really the best because I don't ordinarily like mint tea. The place was so comfortable, we overslept, fortunately, we could keep our bags at Gregor's hostel next door after check out. We wanted to stay another night but it was booked. Glad we could keep our bags at the hostel until the check in at the next place, another thoughtful detail from Gregor. I didn't realize how few ground floor apts there are. In all the places we stayed in Slovenia and Croatia, this was the only ground floor we had. Ingenious framed nautical art with ambient small lights around it, I didn't even miss having no windows, we had medieval walls. Hahaha, that's why we overslept. Thank you Gregor for the prompt and friendly communication with emojis.
For us, everything was great. Perhaps the space from the toilet to the wall in front of it is tight for super tall people but it can't be helped, the inconvenience would be worth it. Besides it being clean and in a good location, its charming character sets it above the rest in uniqueness. Gregor deserves an A+ for design features. If only I took pictures for the review without us in them. ☺️

The location and the host were great. We had a really nice time staying there, we had everything we needed in the place. You could really feel like you live amongst the locals. The host was really helpful with the parking and replied fast on whatsapp, which gave us comfort and support in an unknown place :)
The beds on the entresol could have been longer, we didn't fit 😅

Location was great!
The room was than expected for 4 adults, and the bathroom was tiny. The shower did not have enough hot water for us all the take a shower. The space was fine for one night but it would not have worked for us otherwise.

The studio is situated in the historical centre of Piran, very close to Tartini Square.
We liked it there very much.

The apartment has no windows, the ones you see in the picture are fake. We couldn't stay overnight in the structure and we did not receive any alternative solution or compensation. The host is really unprofessional, he offered us 50 euros to make an excellent review. It’s called blackmail. Don't trust in other reviews because if the host acted this way with us I suppose he did the same with other clients.

The position of the studio is amazing right in the heart of Piran and down a cobbled street. It is a stones through from everything and perfect for exploring the area.
The studio whilst lovely and very well thought through in terms of layout it is absolutely tiny and isn't really big enough for 5 people. Whilst we squeezed in it was literally a squeeze so if you are happy to just use it as a base it's perfect. The only big down side were the people in the house above having showers and moving furniture at 130 in the morning. I am not sure they knew there were people in the studio below but maybe if guests are in both the house guests should be warned that guests are below and to keep the noise down. It was pretty hard at times to sleep.

Great location. Very nicely renovated apartment. Tiny kitchen area with an oven and a ceran cooking top and a refrigerator. Air condition works well. Good follow-up from the host via messages on Booking dot com
While the room sleeps 6, is is a single room with a ladder up to the loft for the last two beds (bathroom / shower is a separate room), so it is quite small for 5-6 people + luggage. But as long as you are aware of the size, it wasn't a problem for us.

The studio happened to be an excellent pick. Very close to the city centre, to the restaurants and to the sea. Very unique, located in a historical building, it transfers you to the atmosphere of the medieval Mediterranean city.
At the same time the studio is well-equipped, has all the necessary facilities and can surprisingly accommodate a lot of people with comfort.
On top of this, Gregor is an amazing host. We were not easy guests this time, yet we felt welcomed and taken care of. We really appreciate all the help.
We definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I cannot think of any minuses.

Loved that it was located in the city center but there are residents all around you. The interior was finished quite uniquely and interesting. Was planned very well for the tight space. A little hard to find so read the instructions carefully! Especially about the vouchers for leaving the town center. We did not and ended up paying for things we didn't need to.
Having trouble remembering the bed but as usual I don't think there was a cover sheet. Not sure why but this seems typical in Europe. So it's use the comforter or nothing. Go figure.

The room was very well planned, so nothing was missing despite the rather small (for 5) size. It was very clean. The host was very friendly (via email and Text Message- we did not meet in person), everything (car parking, shuttle, instructions for Key,…)was well explained so arrival and departure went smoothly. I can definitely recommend TPS if you want something low budget but clean and located in the centre, just a few metres away from Tartini Square. However, only for a short stay, because…
There is no window! You enter the Studio directly from the street and have to leave the door open for fresh air. Therefore Wet towels/ swimsuits hardly dry. More ore less only artificial light. Very small bathroom. If you want to stay longer, I guess Traditional Piran House (same host, next door) would be the better choice.

Cozy studio right in the center of the town. Very easy to go to the beach and restaurants. The location of the studio is excellent. Also very clean and well kept. Looks new!
It was a bit tight for 4 people but if you don't have suitcases and don't mind squishing it's very manageable.

Very cosy, perfectly located place, with everything that a 4 members family need, in not that many square meters.
We got a chance to meet our host - great guy, with a very helpful advises on what to see in his town/country - type of conversation that reassures you that you are in the right place, at the right time :)
