Perfect apartment in the heart of the city.

Recently renovated, in small apartment you have everything that you need. Perfect location, beach is 2 min away, central city square 1 min away, market and bakery 30 sec away.

It would be nice if there were handrails on the stairs between the ground floor and the first floor. It would be very helpful for the elder people.

Perfect location for us, the large apartment with the terrace is wonderful.

Excellent and easy communication with the very flexible host. I have stayed in a smaller studio apartment as well as the two-bedroom apartment with the terrace and can therefore judge both. The studios are clean, with perfect sound isolation and air conditioning and highly recommendable to young people or couples travelling on a budget. For families with kids, I would highly recommend booking the two-bedroom apartment, which has all the comforts of the smaller rooms, but also offers a lot of space including the roof terrace with a perfect view on the church, the surrounding hills and historic buildings and a small part of the Tartini Square. This is especially recommendable for people like us, who are travelling with toddlers or young children, who might not always be able to sleep outside and who therefore have to be back home at a certain time. The terrace is a perfect opportunity to enjoy Piran by night while staying at the apartment and maybe have dinner at home or some wine when the kids are asleep. The building is situated in the heart of Piran, above the fruit market, less than a minute away from the Tartini square and maybe two minutes away from the sea shore. The building war renovated recently and the rooms are perfectly isolated in terms of sound. At 30 degrees and noise outside, it's perfectly cool and silent inside. We're very happy that we booked Jazz apartments and will certainly book there again, when we come back to Piran. Very reasonable price.

Nothing negative at all. I would recommend it to anyone who is able to walk stairs. It's a historic building in the city center and therefore not handicapped accessible, so it's not recommendable to anyone with a walking disability. Highly recommended to everybody else.

The flat is clean and tidy, with all neccessary appliences.

There us no rope for hanging wet swimming suits and towels. The flat is situated above a pub and the open market so there is a lot of noise all day long.

Im Badezimmer war es immer sehr warm, Lüftung hat nicht gut funktioniert. Es ist eine Klima vorhanden, Batterie der Klima vermutlich leer, so konnte man sie nur ein- und ausschalten.

Lage war spitze, Rest nicht so besonders.

Lage war spitze, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Leider gab es keinen Balkon, sowie auf den Fotos eigentlich abgebildet. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lies zu wünschen übrig, auch in der Küche war noch der Plastik Müll der Vorgänger. TV funktionierte nicht und die Klimaanlage machte irrsinnig unangenehme Geräusche.

Varmt, vackert, fräscht, nära till bad och resturanger.

Mycket fräschare än på bilderna. Lägenheten var helt nyrenoverad. Perfekt läge nära till allt. Läste att någon klagade på ljud från torget. Vi tycker att det var väldigt tyst och ingenting som störde oss. Skönt med ac också. Supertrevlig värd. Piran är väldigt fint och genuint

Parkering är svårt att få i Piran. Det är ganska dyrt att parkera också. Vi hittade en parkeringsplats nära mercator, cirka 2km från boendet för 10 euro/dag.

... Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur über Ein/Aus steuern. Die Fernbedienung war nicht angelernt, silent mode, temperature, alles nicht möglich Der Boiler im neuen Bad tropft.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, situé en plein centre. Il est bien équipé avec une petite cuisine, une salle de bain, une table et les lits.

Il n’y a pas de parking alors que cela est indiqué sur la page. Il faut se garer à 20 minutes à pied et payer + de 60€ pour 2 jours. Prévoyez vos boules caisses car on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors.

Perfekte Lage! Sehr zentral, Markt und guter Bäcker direkt vor der Haustür, Wasser 3 Gehminuten. Gute Ausstattung und bequemes Bett.

Keine Möglichkeit, nasse Badekleidung und/ oder Handtücher zum Trocknen auszuhängen. Allgemein zu Piran sollte man wissen, dass man dort nicht parken kann, sondern eins der recht teuren Parkhäuser oberhalb der Stadt nehmen muss. Leichtes Gepäck ist hier von Vorteil 😉

La posizione strategica, i servizi vicini. La disponibilità dell'host prima e durante il soggiorno. L'appuntamento è piccolo, ma è ben curato, ristrutturato bene, gli arredi sono nuovi e non manca nulla. Consigliato.
