Sehr schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am Meer. Auch für unsere Räder wurde gut gesorgt. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut und ein Tisch in bester Lage stand immer für uns bereit.

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat war ein brummendes Geräusch vom Haus vis a vis der Haustür Klimaanlage? das leider auch bei geschlossenem Fenster im Schlafzimmer zu hören war. Wir hatten Apartment 7.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Essen und sehr freundlicher Manager!

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Meine Partnerin und ich hatten dort drei wundervolle Tage mit tollem Frühstück, einem sehr leckeren Abendessen und hervorragendem Service. Der Manager hat uns persönlich bedient und war sehr freundlich. Bei der Abreise habe ich leider ein paar Kleidungsstücke im Apartment vergessen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat war die Sache geklärt und ich bekam die Kleidungsstücke direkt per Post nach Deutschland geschickt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür und für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Studio avec vue mer et petite terrasse. Idéalement placé, sur le front de mer. Le propriétaire tient le restaurant en dessous, il est très prévenant et aimable et a tout fait pour répondre à nos demandes. Le restaurant est d'ailleurs très bien, et on y prend aussi les petits déjeuners personnalisés le matin. Un excellent souvenir, idéal pour un séjour romantique (coucher de soleil sur l'adriatique fabuleux !)

Emplacement bruyant (au-dessus du restaurant, dans un quartier piéton animé). Horaires du petit déjeuner (9H à 10H) trop restreints pour nous (2 petits déjeuners pris sur les 4 prévus, et impossible d'avoir un simple café avant 9h alors que le restaurant est ouvert et le personnel présent en cuisine...), notre hôte nous dit de nous plaindre à booking ... Prix des parkings obligatoires à Piran (29€/jour pour le seul parking accessible pendant notre séjour) Côté destination, c'est très beau mais impression mitigée dans certains restaurants, trop de touristes leur font perdre le sens de l'accueil et du service.

Spacious room in a great location. Good breakfast.

A bit dated in terms of decor. The bathroom and shower were tiny. Only a minor point but there was literally not a single horizontal surface in the shower. It took a while for the water to drain so spent a lot of time fishing out my shampoo, shower gel, etc that were bobbing around in the bottom of the shower cubicle.

Tolle Lage in Piran direkt am Meer, man ist praktisch mittendrin. Gastgeber und Servicepersonal erstklassig mit recht guten Deutschkenntnissen. Super-Frühstück auf der Terrasse! Wir haben zweimal dort abends gegessen - wirklich super. Transfer vom Parkhaus zum Hotel hat prima geklappt.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Frühstück in wunderschöner Altstadt

Riva Apartments liegt fast ganz am Ende der Halbinsel, beste Lage in Piran. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet, ganz nach den Wünschen der Gäste, und qualitativ hochwertig. Serviert wird im Riva Restaurant direkt an der Strandpromenade. Mittags und abends kann man dort auch essen. Da das Riva am Ende der Promenade liegt, ist es dort etwas ruhiger als weiter vorne. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Parken ist speziell. Wir waren im Parkhaus Arze, mit dem der Gastgeber eine Vereinbarung hat: die Gäste des Riva zahlen 10 Euro am Tag, wenn sie über den Gastgeber bezahlen. Sonst 20, das Parkhaus Fornace kostet 29 Euro pro Tag. Es gibt Elektrobusse, die man ordern kann, deshalb unbedingt vor Anreise den Gastgeber kontaktieren. Fußweg ist ca. 20 min.

Piran hat sehr enge Gassen. Wenn der Müll abgeholt wird, schallt es hoch bis in den dritten Stock - das ist der Preis dafür, dass man in der wunderschönen Altstadt wohnt.

**Unsere Bewertung:**

Der Besitzer war äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Er half uns bei der Parkplatzsuche, da die Straße, in der sich das Apartment befindet, nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar ist – was wir im Voraus nicht wussten. Das Auto muss außerhalb in einem Parkhaus abgestellt werden, und es gibt kleine City-Taxis, die einen zur Unterkunft bringen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft, mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Neben einer großzügigen Schinken- und Salamiplatte konnte man Ham and Eggs, Rührei oder Spiegelei bestellen. Dazu gab es jeden Tag frisches Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Käse. Zudem gab es jeden Tag frisches Obst. Vom Apartment aus genießt man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und wir konnten sogar "direkt vor der Haustür" baden. Zwar funktionierten Fernseher und Internet nicht, doch das war für uns kein großes Problem. Das Internet dürfte generell ein Problem sein weil unsere Handys wechselten dauernd die slowakische, kroatische und italienische Anbieter - da alle Länder sehr nahe sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Szuper szállás, kedves házigazdával, csak ajánlani tudom

A szállás nekem nagyon tetszett, a házigazda kedves és segítőkész. Az étteremhez tartoznak az apartmanok. A miénkhez be kellett sétálni a parttal párhozamos ki utcába, ami 30 másodpercre található. A második emeleti szobát kaptuk, ami jól felszerelt, tágas. Hajszárító, vasaló, vasalódeszka, kis teregető. Szoba, kényelmes ággyal, konyha nappalival, hűtő, mélyhűtő, no és ha meleg lenne légkondi., maximális tisztaság. A szoba egyébként csendes, nem meleg. A házigazda segített felvinni a csomagokat érkezéskor, bármi kérdés volt, segített, angolul és németül jó beszél. Az étterem is szép, jó volt a konyhája és az adagok is megfelelőek. A reggeli az étteremben volt, amit frissen késztettek. A házigazda kérdezte meg, mit kérsz. Minden féle tojás, isteni volt a prosciutto tál, lehetett kérni: omlett, rántotta, ham and eggs. Isteni finom kenyér, narancslé, tea, kávé, víz. Ár-érték arányban nagyon nagyon jó

A parkolás Piránban problémás. Egy sorompón lehet bemenni az üdülő övezetbe, ami 50 percig ingyenes, átlépés esetén 6 EUR. Ez arra elég, hogy kitedd a csomagokat és vissza a kocsihoz, mert a gépjárművet Portorozban kell hagyni egy parkolóházban. A szállás a tengerparton helyezkedik el és ide még egy plusz sorompó is nehezíti a bejutást, kb 300 métert kell a bőröndökkel sétálni a második sorompótól., tehát idáig kocsival be sem lehet jutni. A parkolóház kb 1 kilométer. Nekünk. Amikor elhagyod a szállást, lehet kis kocsit kérni, ami bejön érted és elvisz a kocsiig. 3,5 nap parkolás 87 EUR, de legalább maximális biztonságban van a gépjármű. Nekünk alapvetően nem okozott problémát.....

Immer wieder. Das war nicht der letzte Besuch im Apartment Riva.

Die Lage war super. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich serviert. Unsere Wünsche wurden voll erfüllt. Die Essen (Mittag,Abend) war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Für uns eine absolute Erholung zum stressigen Berufsalltag.

Da gibt es fast nichts. Die Lage liegt in einer Autofreien Region. Die Restaurants wurden in der Frühe beliefert. Wir haben uns sehr gut daran gewöhnt.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location in Piran, close the lighthouse and one street back from the waterfront. Our room was one without a sea view but lovely. Comfy beds, good bathroom, kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean on arrival. The included breakfast as delicious with options of eggs, pancakes, cold cuts and bread.

A second set of keys would have been useful due to the outer door, meant we had to coordinate if going out separately.

First and last time in Piran

The location was nice, soft towels and good aircon. Help with the parking is appreciated and saved 5 EUR a day.

Piran is extremely overrated and overpriced. We almost paid the same as we later in Portoroz in a 4 star hotel for one night. Food is also crazy expensive and I prefer the breakfast as open buffet although I understand it is more economic for the host to order. First discussion was that booking covers it all (I particularly did not like the 30 EUR cleaning fee) but we ended up paying local tax as extra. Bathroom is way too small, and though not much to do with that it would be nice to at least reflect that in the pricing. Sea view is also misleading as not all rooms have that.

Best quiet location near the tip of Piran with good restaurants

This apartment is very well located near the tip of Piran…so you are far from the noisy part of town and located at the best location to relax…the access to swim in the sea is located in front…the apartment has sea view…The owners also have 2 restaurants on site and we enjoyed both of them. We stayed 3 nights…we recommend. The entrance for the apartments is private. The room is clean and confortable, also of a nice size. We had the chance to get the apartment with 3 windows and a balcony…wow! The breakfast is included and cooked especially for you…it included nice freshly cut fruits. We highly recommend this apartment. Riva is name to remember.

Wonderful Seaside Apartment!

The apartment was in a great location. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The owners were wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Piran. If a sea view, relaxing sea sounds and sea air are what you want this is the place! Breakfast was delicious and options were varied. Eggs prepared per your request. The restaurant had delicious food! There are many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Lovely overall! I highly recommend Apartments & Rooms Riva. I will visit and stay there again.

Nice room in a quiet spot with seaview in Piran

The location of the room is perfect: Directly on the sea with view in a quiet area of beautiful Piran. The breakfast was also really good. Amir and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The Check-in and check-out was really easy. Sunbeds and umbrellas were provided. We would love to come back at this beautiful spot.

In the morning, the empty glass is picked up directly under our room and waked us up. It would be nice if our room would be cleaned once during our 6 day-stay. The room is pretty small but for a couple it's enough.
