Great location for a family holiday

The location is right on the sea and stunning. Apartment is well finished and has all the things you might need. The Staff are super helpful and assisted with our arrival (we dropped off bags and infants before parking). If you check out before 10am you can bring your car right to the doorstep to load it up.

Even though the apartment sleeps 6 pax, only 4 dining chairs are provided which made eating challenging. There are 2 sets of stairs to be aware of if you have little children or elderly.

Perfect location right on the seafront and readily accessibe to restaurants and bars in Piran

SeaHouse Apartment is located right on the seaside of Piran with restaurants just below and bars nearby. It's in a great location right in the old town. If you arrive before 10am you can drive your car into the old town to drop off your luggage and then you take your car off to a parking garage outside the old town. Our host was so helpful. There are stairs for each level in the apartment, but our host helped us (two women) to carry our luggage upstairs (and downstairs when we were leaving). Very obliging and willing to help. Very handy to have a washing machine after travelling for a few months. Also, the balcony is a great place to sit and watch the water activities and people watching on the esplanade.

The parking garages, which are just outside the old town are very expensive (around 30 Euros) per day. You need to plan how you'll get your luggage to your accommodation - as the parking garages are too far to walk with heavy bags, and are up a steep hill. A golf shuttle vehicle is available for 1 Euro from the garage to the old town - and can meet you right outside on the esplanade right near the front door to the apartment. We only found out about this service upon our departure, This service was a godsend when travelling with luggage, as saved the need to get it all onto and off or the bus shuttle. Ask the host for info on the shuttle to move to and from the parking garage to the apartment.

Truly Spectacular!!

We absolutely loved our stay at SeaHouse apartment and were blown away by the value for money. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and it was so sizeable that you could easily live in it. The position and views were next level and we were so happy we decided to stay for longer than originally planned. It’s arguably the best place to stay in Piran. The incredible sunsets from the deck was the icing on the cake. Our host, Eleanor fabulous, friendly and informative.

Fabulous location, great balcony,

Fabulous views, lived on the balcony, perfect to two couples, swimming right in front. Bedrooms are at back, so restaurants not a problem as far as noise. highly recommend

Beautiful modern flat

Beautiful location, right in the centre of Piran. The terrace is even better than what the pictures show & the entire flat looks very modern. Overall it was a great stay.

I thought it was quite expensive for being off season but maybe that’s just the baseline in the town.

Unbeatable location with a Sea view

This apartment was modern, clean, and incredibly well-located. The highlight was the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea—such a relaxing spot. It was just steps from great restaurants and made exploring Piran very easy. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Der Balkon war ein Traum, Blick auf das Meer. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte eine gute Aufteilung. Alles sehr unkompliziert abgelaufen! Sehr empfehlenswert.

In der Nacht war es etwas laut da Lokale sich direkt unterhalb befinden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern dann warm zum schlafen.

:-) Nemáme co vytknout a i přes nepřízeň počasí jsme si pobyt skvěle užily!!!

Cestujeme na vánoce každý rok. Před lety jsme si z toho z dcerami udělaly tradici a začínali jsme právě ve Slovinsku. A letos jsme se vrátily, protože se nám po této zemi prostě stýskalo. A jediné co můžeme konstatovat je fakt, že jsme si vybraly nejlepší možné ubytování v Piranu ! Velmi milé a přátelské přivítání (i rozloučení), vysvětlení všeho nezbytného a to včetně pomoci s přesouváním zavazadel. Dům byl celý náš a měl úplně vše, co si člověk přeje - od koupelny po přípravu štedrovečerní večeře - kuchyně je zde vážně plně vybavená, což vážně nebývá v jiných ubytáních zvykem :-) Dům je pěkně zařízen a je plně funkční ( 2x WC...wow :-D ). Omlouvám se za rozbitou sklenici od vína :-( Je prostě úžasné se ráno probudit a vyjít na balkon s čajem a už se jen kochat pohledem na moře. Pozorovat racky a malé rybáře. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme ;-)

Vše v naprostém pořádku, nemáme nic na kritiku.

Insgesamt >>> WOW<<< , Gastgeber: top, Lage: spitze, Aussicht : ein Traum, Wohnung; modern, super eingeteilt, 2 Toiletten, im Wohnzimmer gäbe es sogar 2 Sofas zum ausziehen, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ! Dieser " Luxus" hat natürlich seinen Preis.....

Angenehmes und schönes Appartment mit tollem Meerblick

wundervoller Ausblick, sehr schöne und gemütliche Ausstattung, toller Holzboden im Obergeschoss, gut ausgestattete Küche, auch warme Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten (nicht nur kalte LEDs)

Matratze ist für mein Gefühl etwas zu hart, ein Heizkörper im Bad wäre toll (Handtuchwärmer oder ein kleiner mobiler Strahler)

Na początek przywitał nas cudowny człowiek, który byl bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Mieliśmy piękny apartament z widokiem na morze. Właściciele apartamentu zadbali nawet o to, aby w apartamencie były podstawowe produkty typu kawa, herbata, oliwa itd. Polecamy i bardzo dziękujemy!

Wunderbar hell und direkt am Meer

Da Appartement liegt direkt an der Promenade, man blickt vom Balkon auf das Meer. Unter dem Balkon befinden sich Lokale, die aber nicht stören und durch die Sonnenschirme ist man auch vor Blicken ein wenig geschützt. Im Hochsommer wird es auf dem Balkon vermutlich sehr heiß, es gibt aber eine Markise. Eine Einstiegsstelle zum Schwimmen ist wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Küche und der Balkon befinden sich auf der unteren Ebene, das Wohnzimmer, die beiden Schlafzimmer und Bad/WC in der oberen Etage.

Das Apartement hat sowohl im Zugang als auch innerhalb der Wohnung steile Stiegen, ist also nicht für jederman geeignet. Wie überall in Piran kann man mit dem Auto nicht direkt zufahren.

Sehr gut, mit Tipps für Vermieter

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und motiviert, mit große Einfühlmöglichkeit und hat nützliche Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, liegt an einen schönen und ruhigen Ort.

Alles gefällt, nur noch Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Schutzgitter an der Tür anbringen, damit es auch für kleine Kinder sicher ist, 2. Neue Eingangstür, damit die Wohnung energieeffizienter wird: durch die Löcher in der jetzigen geht im Winter enorm viel Wärme verloren. 3. Geschirrspüler warten. Alles andere einfach top!
