Not a proper place to stay in Piran

The location was nice

To park a car is a challenge. The garage is not next to the property. A deputy of the hast met is upon arrival. She gave us a wrong location of the garage putting a wrong map mark in our phone. As result we spent an hour looking for the parking. It was freezing cold at the first level of the apartment. No heating at all. There was mold on the ceiling of the first level. The host rejected to provide us with a heater or anyhow to solve the problem. Another problem was the oven. It’s broken. Just doesn’t work. On the last day of our stay it was a power cut. We could not have cooked anything. The heating was completely turned off. It become even colder than in the beginning. Happily we didn’t need to stay in the apartment any longer and this nightmare was over. As result of staying in this cold moldy kennel 3 of 4 members of our group got sick. There were more frustrations as lack of guardrails on the staircase, smell of cigarettes coming from downstairs and many more. Stay away from this place dear friends.

Good location, nice roof terrace and nice host

The apartment is good located close to the city and very close to a supermarket. It has a nice roof terrace. Parking situation is complicated in Piran but they are making the best out of it by giving tips and providing a free parking card for a parking house just outside of the city centre (10min walk). Host is nice and helpful!

Not necessarily negative but be aware if you travel with small children, that the staircase is quite narrow so it is a bit complicated to bring a stroller up to the apartment.

Pleasant

Central location

The owner misinformed about how to approach the appartment. They told we could come with the car in front of the appartment, leave our luggage and then go and park the car in the garage outside Piran. But we couldn’t drive into the street, and had to carry our heavy bags from the edge of the town. Amd they also misinformed which garage to use so we had to drive extra 20 km after a long 600 km trip

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht

Wir waren schon einmal in der Unterkunft. Grundsätzlich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist in einigen Minuten am Tartiniplatz.

Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es gab' kein Fernsehprogramm und Internet hat auch nicht funktioniert. Aber worüber wir uns am meisten geärgert haben war, es stand das Parkplätze gratis in der Garage Fornace zur Verfügungstehen. Da wir schon einmal in diesem Apartment waren, wußten wir es gibt eine Parkkarte. Für uns war das der Grund der Buchung. Nun sind zu den Kosten des Apartments auch noch auf 58 Euro Garagenkosten für 2 Tage hinzu gekommen. Wenn wir das gewußt hätten, hätten wir ein anderes Apartment gebucht.
