Great location, could use some renovation tho. Nearest parking 550m

Really nice quiet location. Everything necessary available in the kitchen. Sheets were clean. Friendly host. There was a nice little terrace. It was nice that there were 2 bathrooms.

In general the potential of this place wasn't really used. Probably we didn't do enough research prior to our arrival but it wasn't clear that we cannot park nowhere near, it was quite a hassle to get our luggage into the property and the walk from the parking lot was a bit annoying after a long day on the road, also we had to pay 40 eur for 2 nights parking and that was the cheaper option. There was a musty, damp smell and the whole place just felt cold and neglected. Some lamps didnt have light bulbs and there were no lights in the garden which was quite disappointing. The grill didn't really look inviting to use and it was pitch black in the garden anyway for that. A lot of spiderwebs all over the place. When we booked this place it wasn't also clear to us that the photos entail 2 different apartments, so some amenities that we expected weren't there. I wouldn't recommend this place for 4 people, unless a family. With friends it would feel maybe too invasive. In general just the damp smell created a cold environment. We were also a bit startled when the owner showed up suddenly when we just came out of the shower, asking for our ID and tourist tax. We could have just left the money there and sent our id pics via message. The musty, damp smell was the most annoying part though and even though the sheets were clean it just felt a bit uncomfortable and cold to sleep there, a bit of a tent vibe

Property is rather small for 3 adults - which was the size of our group. It would fit better for up to 2 persons. Bathroom is very tiny. The whole place looks much bigger on the photos.

Exceptional

Beautifully located, well furnished with a nicely stocked kitchen and even a washing machine. Air conditioning is also a big plus. Very friendly owners that are quick to help if questions arise.

The parking situation is less than optimal, but you can't blame anyone for that since it's the policy in piran. On the plus side you get to enjoy a mostly car-free city, which is very nice.

Very nice accommodation in a hidden garden, which makes it a pleasant place to rest and relax. The location is quiet and there is a lot to do. A very nice room, visibly designed with an architect's sensibility. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The only minus is the inaccessibility by car. However, this is not the host's fault, he let you know in advance, just so you don't overlook it and be prepared for the fact that you will have to carry things in your hands a few hundred meters.

Superb

Such a great location for exploring Piran. The whole city is within an hours walking distance from here. The location is super quiet and calm, with a beautiful lush garden at your dorstep. The apartment is on the small side, but plenty of room for 4 people with all the amenities you could wish for. Great for dogs as well.

Unexpected secrets

The location is good, however can not be approached by car The garden is perfect with dogs. The terraces can be great at summertime. The design is quite nice. Renting both of the appartments is comfortable for a bigger family.

Both of the appartments are tight for 4 people. The bigger appartment is wet and stinky. The hot water capacity is limited. The garden has no light at the night. The manager goes in and out without any agreement. We lost the garage cards and they charged us with 100 euro. (However originally these cards were for skilifts...) The price is not correct comparing the quality and the service.

The perfect place to stay with a dog! We loved the patio and the garden, all very well kept. The bedrooms are quite small, but cosy. Great showers! The kitchen is very well equipped, there even is a washing machine. Extremely quiet at night, we slept great. Will come back!

Location is great, Beds were comfortable.

Flat was very small for a family of 4. Worth checking when you book which apartment you are getting and what it includes as the photos on the site show details from all 3 apartments in the location. I thought we were booking a decent sized apartment with sitting room and sunny terrace.. but apparently not.

We had really nice stay in Piran and this accommodation was really nice. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but fully equiped and nicely located, almost in the center of the Piran. Only think what we need to manage was parking slot for our car, but the host has prepaid parking slot in the parking house from walking distance from apartment, it is not for free, but guests has better price. I can recommend this place.

The appartment is unfinshed, small details but It did not look great, it looks like someone was in a rush to finish the appartment. And there was no warm water when someone took a shower before you.

The garden is an added value

Close to the beautiful center of Piran. The garden is lovely and adds value to the apartment. Quiet and peaceful place during the night time. Each room has its own bathroom. There are enough of fresh towels and there is also a washing machine. There are plenty of new dishes. If you arrive by car, Mrs. Duška will give you a discount card for the parking.

The first impression was not the best as we did not have a smooth check-in experience. Before the arrival, we communicated with the hosts via booking messages and they were friendly and responsive. We informed them in advance that we would arrive at 16h. Afterwards, we did not hear from them, so we expected someone to be at the property. Once we arrived to the apartment, the entrance door was closed, so we called the number listed on the booking.com page several times. No one answered. We also sent a msg via booking, however, it arrived with a delay. At last, we found another contact number and reached Mrs. Duška who provided us with information. We wish we got the info in advance - it would have saved us time and unnecessary stress. The garden is beautiful, but we were not able to enjoy our terrace fully, as we had an issue with the flies that were attracted by the dirty/greasy grill and not very clean terrace surfaces and trash-cans. We were not able to use the grill. We expressed our concern and were grateful for the insect repellent spray and flytrap we got, but that only helped in the short term. Unfortunately, the main cause of the issue was not resolved during our one week stay. There are insects in the apartment, pest control would be useful. Cleaning of the glass surfaces, mirrors and spider webs could be better. The dishes should be inspected. Due to the drains made in the opposite direction, it floods the bathrooms. Lack of privacy - slide doors. Creative electrical installation - cables above and under the bed.

Very small but well very well appointed apartment. Very close to the sea and restaurants.

Parking is out of town and costs 10 euros per night. You need to take a bus to get back to the apartment. The town is very busy and there is no room for cars, it's understandable but a bit inconvenient.

Peu mieux faire, dommage

Piran est un port très touristique et l’appartement est dans les hauteurs du village au calme c’est très appréciable. L’apparemment est joliment agencé et décoré bien que très petit, c’est pensé intelligemment. Dans la roche on est au frais et c’est appréciable mais ça sent l’humidité / le renfermé de façon assez tenace. Le barbecue dans le jardin est un peu déglingué mais bien utile quand on a évité de cuisiner les bons poissons du marché !

Globalement l’appartement n’est pas net : propreté, problème d’écoulement dans la douche, le jardin n’est pas entretenu (alors que c’est la promesse principale de l’annonce) avec des travaux dans les fonds qui rendent le lieu peu sympathique. L’accueil a été des plus sommaires. On s’attendait à mieux au vu de l’annonce. Le fait d’avoir de division au dessus n’est pas spécialement indiqué dans l’annonce avec le jardin partagé, heureusement qu’on a eu des voisins sympas et discrets…;-) On a bien senti par les deniers commentaires qu’il y avait du laissé-aller cet été c’est dommage il y a un joli potentiel dans cet endroit.

Hote accueillant qui nous a même aidé à porter nos valises. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les choses à voir à Piran et aux alentours. Appartement bien situé.

La propreté du logement laisse clairement à désirer. Défaut d'entretien y compris du jardin. Le rapport qualité prix n'est donc pas au rendez-vous. Le stationnement dans la ville est compliqué

To jak bylo vymalováno, nalepená dlažba. Bylo to odfláknuté. Někdo se snažil udělat za málo peně hodně muziky a přitom stačilo si dat více zaležet.

Klein en aan een grondige opknapbeurt toe

Was in het centrum van Piran gelegen. We konden eten op het terras, fietsen konden veilig gestald worden. Piran heeft niet echt een groot strand, wel een leuke stad met vele kleine steegjes en restaurantjes.

De accommodatie was klein, somber, niet voldoende proper, het idee van de inrichting was wel leuk en doordacht op deze kleine oppervlakte, maar afgeleefd. De foto's gaven een vertekend beeld qua grootte. Er werd ook niet gemeld dat de accommadatie niet bereikbaar was met de auto. Parkeren op ±1km van de accommodatie aan 29€ per dag!

Heel jammer van de tuin

We hadden het onderste appartement waardoor we een overdekt terras hadden. Goed voor de zon en de regen

De kamers waren zeer compact maar ok. De foto's van de tuin kwamen niet overeen met de realiteit. Er waren werken aan een deel van de tuin, een bouwwerf! Dit had op voorhand moeten worden gezegd. Dit neemt de sfeer van de tuin helemaal weg. We voelde ons een beetje opgelicht.

Attention quand on appliqué le filtre parking sir booking ce logement ressort mais il n'en est rien. C'est le parking public payant très très cher. Tous les logements du monde entier peuvent avoir un parking payant à 15 min à pieds d'un logement ! Si on filtre parking c'est bien parce qu'on ne souhaite pas se garer sur un parking public. Le logement est minuscule et il est très très humide ça pue l'humidité c'est dangereux.

Mooi gelegen in het centrum en toch rustig

Goede ligging, Piran is heel leuk om te verblijven. Heerlijke rustige plek met een leuke tuin

De woning was op zich prima en leuk ingericht maar rook erg naar spocht. En het was niet zo goed uitgerust. We hadden niets om de afwas mee af te drogen of het aanrecht mee af te vegen. We moesten zelf vragen naar de broodrooster die als uitrusting op de site gemeld was en waar het bestek te vinden.

La ubicación y el jardín si estuviera bien cuidado.

La atención del anfitrión fue escasa y cuando le llamamos por un problema con la lavadora no nos contestó, ni nos devolvió la llamada. La limpieza era escasa o nula, pero es que no había productos para limpiar uno mismo, no había fregona ni productos limpieza, El apartamento de abajo, que tiene 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, es minúsculo, no hay espacio ni para dejar las maletas. Pero lo peor era la sensación de poca limpieza y olor a humedad, sin poder abrir para ventilar porque habia muchísimos mosquitos, no descarto que fuera por la dejadez del jardín, que estaba poco cuidado.

Świetnie zlokalizowany apartament, do tego uroczy ogród, taras, dobre wyposażenie kuchni i 2 łazienki - jak najbardziej na plus. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu, wygodne łóżka. Do tego sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz.

Locatie heel mooi in het prachtige Piran, de tuin was ook heel comfortabel!

De douche liep over, het 2e bed wat krapjes tegen een muur, bij binnenkomst een wat vochtige schimmelachtige geur, later trok het wel weg ..
