The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the beach, the old town, shops, and restaurants. The host was kind, easy to reach, and communicated well.
Basic furnishings, no proper walls between the rooms, and an old house smell. Guests on the top floor were loud — you could hear every chair moving and people running up and down. As a result, we were probably loud too with our three small children, which unfortunately upset the lady on the ground floor. Sorry about that!
Please note that the city center is car-free, so parking in a garage is necessary, which can add to the daily budget.

The apartment is modern and clean, all the necessary amenities are available. The AC was working great, we actually used it for heating, since it was quite cold. The location is great, right next to the sea (20m or so), in the heart of the historical town.
Since the apartment is in a closed off historical town, there is no direct access with car in the summer season (I was told, the town authorities do open it up for temporary traffic during the winter months). The apartment is located in a historic building, so the staircase is steep and narrow, as in all of these buildings (I've been to more then a few). None of it is off course the fault of the apartment, it's just the price of staying in a historical town. You just need to keep this in the back of your head, when packing...

Működő légkondicionáló és tiszta, rendezett konyhasarok. Közel van a városi starnd. Miután a kulcsszéfben nem volt kulcs és hívtam a szállásadót, 10 perc mulva ott volt a kulccsal.
A kulcsszéfben nem volt benne a kulcs, telefonon kellett hívni a szállásadót. A neve által sugalmazottal ellentétben az apartman nem tengerre néz, hanem egy szűk sikátorra. Az ágy rendkívűl kényelmetlen volt, a szobát egy nem túl esztétikus, ajtó nélküli gardróbszekrény választja ketté. Az apartmanba egy rendkívül szűk csigalépcsön lehet "felmászni".
