Worth every step

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which still offered a breathtaking view of the bay and the sea. The space is bright, airy, and very comfortable. A huge advantage is the private, clearly marked parking spot on the street—it's very well organized and out of everyone's way. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Getting to Piran is straightforward; although we were worried about the climb back up the stairs, it really wasn't that bad. Honestly, taking the stairs is much better than dealing with the parking situation in the city. When everything is considered, it's definitely worth both the drive and the walk!

The main entrance door and the large windows didn't feel very secure, which was a bit unsettling.

Great apartment fabulous sea views

Great apartment The owner has 3-4 apratments in the same building - all nicely done up and segregated, so each had their privacy Each apartment had its own parking slot. Great for me since I was driving The apartments were nice - I stayed one night on the ground level and the next night on the first level. One had a great porch the other had a balcony. Apartments had proper kitchens, living room with comfortable couch, coffee table, work desk, washing machine . Outstanding views over the ocean Apartment is on a hill close to the city center - about 15min walk if you don't mind the steep climb. There are shuttles to the city and back till about 3pm Piran is a fabulous city to walk around and explore - this is a great place to stay if you're not keen on staying in the old town , which can be cramped and parking is out of the qeustion.

Commute to city center and back oculd be a challenge if you're not OK to walk

A good property needs some upgrades.

The house has an excellent view. Walking down the hill to Piran old town is enjoyable with scenic views. The return trip involving climbing uphill all the way without lights in the darkness is a bit challenging. All the rooms are quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit outdated.

The studio I stayed in still had a lingering smell of cooking oil and seasonings. The seaview apartment on the second floor where my friend stayed, had no hot water for showering. Since it was already late at night, we didn't contact the host to resolve the issue. Just wish the host do a maintenace check on the eqiupment.

Quiet apartment, easy parking and good location

Good location as you can't really park in the city of Piran so being 15 mins out of the city was perfect. It was also very quite and a nice view from the terrace. Walking distance to main attractions and the city center. You can walk the stairs which are not lit at night but the phone light did do the trick!

Communication could have been a little better via Booking.com and on the Whatsapp. But hosts lives in another apartment so not really a problem. There are building works next to the house but they are almost finished so not really much noise.

Nice Apartment with Sea View

The apartment (#4) was bright & in good condition with a verandah looking out towards the sea. Bed was large and comfortable. The walk into Piran old town is not onerous but it did include 331 steps, about 10 minutes down and a few more on the way back up. There appears to be a free taxi service but that needed to be booked.

We did get some nuisance from cigarette smoke, source unknown but possibly from another guest outside their apartment or the adjacent building site.

Gorgeous view and

The host was kind, the apartment was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Parking was free of charge, which was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

A wonderful view with a spacious terrace in a quiet location

The large terrace with the beautiful view was worth every one of the steps going into and coming back from town! The place was clean, bright, spacious and in a nice quiet area. Appreciated the free parking as well.

The communication with the host was very limited and we had no clear instructions re:check in upon our arrival. A neighbour finally called the host’s father to meet us out front. He was as helpful as he could be, but his English was limited and we never did hear from the host at any point after that. The shower did not drain properly, nor did the coffee maker work.

The walk down and back up to the water is very steep and lots of steps, but it’s worth it. Or just take a taxi. :)

A great place for a seaside holiday.

Spacious, nicely decorated bedroom with comfortable beds and spacious, modern bathroom. Spotlessly clean and with nice views from the terrace due to house's position on top of the hill.

All of my emails to the property through Booming.com went unanswered so I had to phone which worked well and calls were always answered promptly. Thus the way to communicate is via calls which is not immediately obvious and neither is the fact that toiletries are not provided at the property but these were all minor things overall.

Walkable to center but walk up hill at night very steep and no lights. Very clean.

We had a fantastic apartmenr, with a great view. The apartment was fully furnished and the AC was working very well. When we needed something the owner was very helpfull

- there could be a pergola for protecting the sun in the terrace - a microwave would be good

The perfect place to stay in Piran

The perfect place to stay in Piran, especially if you have a car and want a bit more space. The apartment is lovely and clean and comfortable. It has a lovely patio with sea view and clothes line. The jasmine in the garden smells amazing! The air conditioning and the wifi work well. The host was very friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk down steps to the old town. The steps are hard work coming back up but at the end of the hike the apartment is waiting for you so we didn't mind!

Superb

Apartments Pronavtik are ca 10 mins walk from the beach and ca 15 min from Piran's Tartini Square. There are "secret" stairs, so you do not have to use car or taxi to go to swim or dine. A fantastic view on your way down to the sea. The host is friendly and easy going and everything is well organized. The apartments size is enough considering you spend most time outdoor anyhow.

There was a house construction site next to the Apartments Pronavtik, which generates sporadically noise (after 9AM). It was just temporary and independent from Apartments Pronavtik's host.

At the top of a very steep hill so it made exploring Piran on foot tricky, but that may be normal for the area. There are no restaurants or markets easily accessible, so you'll need strong legs or a car to really make the most of this spot.

Good for a short stay

Nice owner, parking, dog friendly (for a significant fee), relatively well equipped. Location pretty close to old town, but at night you have to use deserted and poorly lit paths.

In that small apartment you'd have privacy isues - it' visible from the street and it has shared terace with neighboring unit. Lightning inside apartment was insufficient.

Pleasant stay with sea views

Unfortunatelly we used this beautiful apartment only for 1 night. We had nice sea views. Apartment is located in a nice and quiet location and it is still like 10 minutes to the first (city) beach (yes, there is a lot of stairs). The host was very kind and helpfull.

Nice and easy check-in and some free advice about getting around. Sufficient parking right in front of the building included. Small but cozy and sufficiently equipped apartment. Still in walkimg distance to Piran city centre.

Musty smell in the bathroom. Towells a little too small for showering.
