Great value apartments close to Piran old town

Impeccably clean and well supplied apartment with a great sea view, just a short walk from the centre of beautiful Piran. Unless you have mobility issues don't be put off by reviews complaining about the steps down into town. There really aren't that many.

Good place for visiting Piran

We spent one night here while visiting Piran. Once you reach this place (some narrow roads - don't bring a big car!) leave your car parked and walk down into Piran. Stroll through the medieval town, check out the zillions of restaurants and gelato shops. We visited the Piran Walls for nice views over the town. The rooms were large and clean, and come with a kitchen including a stove top and refrigerator. The best part was the outdoor sitting area that faced west. From that spot, we had an ideal view of a beautiful sunset over the Adriatic

We were so lucky to book this room for our family on our recent trip to Piran. It is located higher up on the hill. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality, helpfulness and kindness of our host. He offered to drive us wherever we wanted to go as outside cars are not allowed in town. He is a gem and we will never forget this first class experience!

Good place to stay some days, beautiful view to the see.

Clean, well prepared. Easy check- in. Good location if you don’t mind to use 200 stairs to get into the center.

Shower too small. Parking a little bit tricky, but don’t worry just have to communicate with other aprtments

We loved Piran and we were able to walk to the town from the apartment.

Excellent location with a verandah and we were able to park our car at the property.

No coffee. Old, run-down, poor quality furnishings. Shower fixtures did not work properly causing bathroom floor to flood. No shower curtain, towel racks or toilet paper holders.

A great location with parking.

The location was amazing, there was also great parking. The accommodation had a little view of the sea and a small balcony. We enjoyed the wine.

You couldn't really cook as the kitchen was small and lacked facilities. We ran out of soap and there wasn't a lot of space especially with a child. We couldn't really see the sea and the balconies were only divided by a sheet. The whole place lacked a personal touch. We felt we were living on top of each other.

Great location, basic accommodation.

The location was great and the accommodation was very clean. Although there was no view from our room, the garden was nice.

Parking was crowded, the bathroom was very small, the kitchen was limited (2 hot plates and a fridge), the air conditioning (which was vital in the heat of summer) had no controls othe than the override switch and didn’t cover both rooms directly, so the back room was warm. No information on the room or the local area was provided at the property.

Friendly hosts but expensive for value of accomodation

Friendly hosts and not too far away from harbour and city centre, Hosts could not speak English but were very friendly and questions became resolved with help of their daughter by phone. Clean room.

Old furniture and interior. When people in neighbour room cooked the smell was strong also in our room because of the joint ventilation. Relative expensive for quality and value of accommodation.

Great location, pleasent place, very kind host, private parking in front of the house.

The place looks more beautiful then on the photos here. The apartment is comfortable, perfectly clean, with good wifi. The place has a certain pleasant and cosy feeing, maybe because of the view of the see or the green garden with fruit and olives trees. We have received a warm welcome and a bottle of local wine when we arrived. There is a garden kitchen with a gas gril and an espresso maker, where you can have coffe for free. The host is friendly and nice, we got advice about getting around. There is enough parking places for all guests right in front of the house, which is exceptional in Piran. Most apartments in Piran don't have private parking. We recommend to walk to the town center. The path goes above the cliff with a gorgeous view of the see, beaches, and Piran with marina. Next time we will deffinitely stay in this place again.

Small apartement with beautiful sea view near the old town.

Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Near to the old town of Piran by foot. Free coffee in the common kitchen. Good Wifi.

Common terrace for 4 rooms. The rooms have not windows, only the balcony door. We had to pay 12 euros every day for cleaning, but in 3 days the room was never cleaned up. The shower is too small.

The lady was very kind and forthcoming. She took care that everything was to our liking. The apartment was quite big, the beds were comfortable.

The streets are quite narrow. Our car is big (5.3x 2x 2 meter) but in the end it worked very well :-).

A szállást azoknak ajánlom, akik vagy nagy társasággal jönnek, és kiveszik az apartmanok töbségét, vagy akiknek a fenti

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, közel a centrumhoz és parkolás az árban, gyönyörű a kilátás, rugalmas házigazda. Mi nagyon élveztük az ottlétet, mert nagy társasággal kivettük az apartmanok többségét. A fenti, nagyobb apartmanok alkalmasak voltak arra, hogy az egész társaság együtt vacsorázzon.

A kétszemélyes stúdiók intimitása egyáltalán nincs megoldva, a közös használatú teraszra nyílik az egyetlen ablak, ami egyben bejárat is. A szoba beosztása építészetileg nagyon rossz, a zuhany nagyon kicsi, bár hely lenne, de nincs külön wc. A felső apartmanokból minden szó lehallatszik. Minket nem zavart, mert egy társaság voltunk, de a szomszéd szobában idegenek laktak, szerintem nekik nem lehetett jó éjszakájuk. A parkolóhelyek önállóan nem használhatóak.

Não tinha Internet. Meu check-in era 14 horas e a Internet só veio depois das 21 horas. O proprietário arrumou de improviso a senha do wifi da casa do vizinho, mas tinha que ficar do lado de fora para conseguir sinal; Chuveiro ruim, precisava de manutenção Tamanho reduzido do box de banho. Não dispunha de repelente de insetos, mesmo o local sendo com bastante vegetação;

Viel Platz, super Balkone, alles da was man braucht, tolle Aussicht und supergute Lage um Piran zu besuchen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Man könnte die Apartments etwas schöner möblieren, dann wäre das ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles ok!

Très belle vue depuis la terrasse (semi privative car accessible par l’ensemble des locataires) L’appartement est propre et grand Parking gratuit Proche du centre et du bord de mer (via un escalier très long :) )

Stationnement compliqué, les uns derrière les autres, si bien que certaines voitures se retrouvent bloquées et si besoin de sortir la voiture impossible si les propriétaires de la voiture ne sont pas là... je n’ai pas vu le propriétaire des deux jours passés sur place A notre arrivée il n’y avait pas de produit douche : on nous en a fourni le lendemain La douche est très petite donc pas très agréable

Apartmán je na vcelku dobré lokalitě, kousek od centra i od pláže …ale po schodech! pokoj byl čistý (na jednu noc pro nás dostačující)

Parkoviště bylo velice malé, ale zvládli jsme to. Co se týče vybavení v kuchyňce tak chybí trouba nebo mikrovlnka. Koupelna malička, do sprchy se sotva vejde dospělý chlap. Čistota v koupelně byla za mě nedostatečná

Las vistas del apartamento son maravillosas y la opción de poder aparcar el coche en un enclave tan turístico facilita mucho la estancia.

Se encuentra un poco apartado del centro del pueblo aunque existe un camino bastante directo al centro.
