Great location, small but well planned apartments with everything you need. Communal terrace area was also nice.

Nice apartment but NO parking as advertised

Location was good. Clean and comfortable with good aircon. Friendly owner.

Cannot drive to property and it said parking available but it’s approx 1 mile away or a bus ride which was not made clear. Carpark cost us €29 for less than 24hr. Property wasn’t easy to find on foot. Shower needs a deep clean.

Great place, great location, just awesome experience!

Great location, great experience, really nothing to complain about the flat. The location is superb and you are in center square of Piran in 4 minutes walk. Everything is close by and you can enjoy great time in Piran from this accomodation.

Only thing that was not great was the fact that the entire center of Piran is free of parking, which means you have to park in a parking house which costs extra money, during the season 26 EUR / day.

Terrible. Never go there.

Nothing positive at all.

At the moment we have reserved the apartment, they claimed on booking (and elsewhere, too) they offer a parking. That's a blatant lie: they do not (actually no Piran apartment can, which we, alas, learnt too late, due to the aforementioned lie), nor they have reserved place for their guests outside of the city, where the parking is possible. What's worse, you simply can't get there and back in the 15 mins the city allows for a luggage transfer, and the apartment does not bother to give a written notice which the city needs to prolong that time. Had we known that, we would definitely have selected another apartment (lots of those in vicinity), many of which are MUCH better and at MUCH more convenient place.

Apartment is in quite nice location as everything is close.

It was complicated to reach to the aparment. We got room in ground floor with cars and motocycles next to the window. The apartment was old-fashioned and quite worn out. Kitchen was really tiny and some stuff were missing as for example we could not find pan.

No breakfast. I asked for an upstairs room with window and they gave me ground floor with cars and motocycles next to the window. Host showed up 25 minutes late with 6 guests waiting in the street.

The location is fine, it's smack in the middle of Piran.

The rooms feature flaking paint off the wall, ants, uncomfortable beds. The apartments are claustrofobic shoeboxes, and specifically at Street level you have no privacy, you can hear every squeak in the street and there is no couch or sitting place. The owner had not sent us the pin for the key Vault, so when we arrived, we had to try calling him. Finally at two in the morning he picks up and mumbles a code. When we complained about the state of the apartment these people were very rude and dismissive. The worst service I've seen in 25+ years of travel. Disgusting attitude. On top of that, after booking customer service intervened I was promised a refund of 200 Euros. I'm still waiting.

perfect price/value stay at piran

The apartment is at a perfect location, easy to find. Our room was nice, clean, and there were some welcome gifts, even for the kids. Staff was kind all the time.

Great place to stay in Piran

Lovely stay in a great location, very clean apartment equipped with all we needed. An additional plus is a spacious terrace located on the first floor available for all guests day and night. Upon arrival, we've been welcomed by Natalia, an extremely friendly hostess who explained all the details and gave us the keys. In the room, we found a bottle of local wine and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch :) We would definitely recommend it to a friend!

A wonderful stay!

This little apartment was one of our favourite stays on our 4 month trip around Europe. Firstly the price was right for our budget. the courtyard was was so lovely to have a drink on at the end of the day, the staff were super friendly the apartment was spotless clean and the bed was sooooo comfy. having an aircon that actually works super well in the crazy heat was such a bonus. Easy checkin.

unfriendly host, not clean

Location is amazing, everything is close. The upper aparments are fine, a bit small. Huge balcony where you can dry your clothes and chill. No shade though.

The apartment downstairs with the street front is terrible. It opens to what is esentially a parking lot for locals who go in and out with their cars making a lot of noise and bad air, even really early morning. Sometimes you have to squeeze your way to the door between the cars. There are huge piles of trash under the window and it's disgusting and smelly. The microwave wasn't working, it took them 3 days to fix it. The toilet was full of scale with no toilet paper. The inner rooms are really hot because the air conditioning can't really cool off both rooms. Then you have the option to boil or open the window and you get car gas and trash smell in your face. There was a half eaten sandwich/cake under the bed... The people downstairs got a lot of bites which were itchy, the host said that they are mosquitos but we didn't really see any, so idk. When I confronted the host about these problems he was threataning me that he will make a bad review about me on booking. Overall, the upper apartments are fine, don't ever book the street-front apartment. We'll never come back here though beacuse of the host.

The terrace was perfect for breakfast in the shade and evenings in the sun!

The mattress in the bed was old and nasty, I would recommend the host to invest in a new one. I liked everything about the place except this mattress.

Lovely accomodation in the very center of the town

A perfect location in the very center of the city. We were biking Parenzana so it was important for us to have a safe place for bikes during the night. Room was perfeclty clean and arranged with care.
