Very small but cute appartment, ideal for short stay in Piran, right in the city center. The studio as all necessary equipment including AC and the host is very helpful.

Amazing location in a compact apartment perfect for couples.

Location was amazing, unit was very clean and Marko is a super welcoming host.

The stairs are extremely tight and difficult to climb with luggage. I guess though that it’s common in this area.

Nice little apartment in Piran centre

The apartment was small but had all you needed. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was nice. It was also very central and you could easily walk around Piran. The people who met us with the key were very friendly.

It is fine for two but quite small for four, also considering the prize. Be aware that you have to park outside of Piran in a garage for €26 a day and there is no way around this.

Modern feel and vibe for a studio

The studio had a modern feel with amenities that reflected the modern look. The owner meet us at a nearby restaurant so we didn’t have to such for the room which wasn’t really marked on the front door in the side street that it is located on.

The tight stairwell might not be ideal for older individuals who are less sure footed. The rail to hold onto is certainly good for everyone else.

The apartment was clean, the bathroom was small but nice (and had heated floors!) and the kitchen was well-equipped. The multi-colored lights were a fun touch!

Location is incredible, just at 15 meters from the apartment you can have a bath in the sea. You are in the middle of the old town. Bojan was really gentil, thanks Bojan!!

We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and with the sofa-bed open there is no much free space.

Great location! 👍 The owner is very cute. Apartment exactly like on photos. To sea - 30 sec by walk. We will recommend this apartment for our friends 😉 Small notes for future - please add some kitchen stuff like salt, pepper, tea - what a guest needs for breakfast, but he will not be able to use everything. And some info about build number. Guests from second apartments all the time came to us 😁

The owner (Marko) was very nice and helpfull. He does his best to make you feel comfortable and can answer all of your questions considering your stay in the appartment and Piran itself. The appartment is very clean, looks quite new and has everything you need.

Disappointing

The location is right in the middle of Piran which I think it's the best thing I can say from this apartment. It sure had everything it claimed to have but...

We stayed on the blue apartment, after a few minutes of our host leaving we started paying more attention to the apartment. First thing we noticed was that it wasn't very clean, the mat on the center of the living room was dirty, the sofas had suspicious stains on it, we didn't feel comfortable siting on it and then I found some underwear on the floor (probably from previous guests). The room isn't really a room. In the photos I didn't notice that the bed does not have space on the sides and it is separated from the living room just by a folding screen which is not movable. It is not comfortable either as the mattress was very bad and curved to the middle. I honestly thought on leaving in the first night but without alternatives without risking our vacation plan we decided to accept spending 2 nights here. That translucid bathroom door is also something very awkward as the person inside is not able to get some privacy. It was disappointing as I didn't get the value for the money I spent on this apartment. For this kind of money I expect better conditions. I should also mention that you cannot park near the sea area. There's a parking lot outside where you pay 24 euro a day and there's a free bus that takes you from there to the central square.

Cozy and modern apartment in the heart of Piran. 3 minutes walk to the sea, market or restaurants. A very polite and helpful host.

The apartment is definitely to small for four adults + child. It's perfect just for two people. Also there were towels and linen only for two what wasn't big issue. We didn’t ask for additional stuff because we stayed only for two nights. I am sure it will not problem for the host becouse he is very kindly person.

The perfect place in the perfect spot

The apartment is beautifull, it has everything in it. It is in the perfect spot, not too loud place but in the city's heart. The host is a gentelman and kind of a cool guy. Very flexible and only wants the best to his guests. I just loved it and i could only recommend it for everyone.

Nice studio in the city centre

Very good location - in the city centre, close to the seaside and public beach, close to the good restaurants. Very nice and helpful person, who helped us with transfer and gave us many useful recommendations what to visit, where there is the best restaurant etc.

A little bit small for four people and a dog. We have booked accomodation for four people and there were towels and linen only for two. We didn’t ask for additional stuff because we stayed only two days. I am sure the owner would help us in case we let him know.

Parking is very expensive in Piran so having free parking just 10 minutes away in a car is convenient, especially since the guy at the reception drives you back and forth for free, just let them know 30 minutes in advance. The guy from the reception checked us in an took us to Piran where the owner met up with us and showed the apartment. The apartment itself is very modern and have everything you need for a stay. The location is very central and we also lived that our dog could stay here.

It's a bit narrow in the staircase of the house. Having a lot of bags with you might result in needing to walk up and down several times. The cleaner accidentally locked the outside door, so we could not leave the house. Luckily the owner always answer the phone and he sent someone to open the door for us within a few minutes. This happened twice, but the owner said it was because of a new cleaner.

Very good

The location is perfect; the place is just in the middle of beautiful old town of Piran! It was easy to walk everywhere. And despite the central location, the apartments were very quiet! Communication with owner was smooth. We got answers quickly to our questions. The apartments are modern and well-equipped. Hot water in shower etc.

We visited during winter time and at the beginning the apartments were quite cold. The apartments are great, but one thing I must complain: the toilet doors are a joke. There are no locking mechanism and in downstairs apartment the door was not even staying closed, it was opening itself and somebody had to close the door from outside with a pillow or something. The toilet doors are also partly transparent, it was easy to see inside.

Perfect!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Piran. The car can be left in Portoroz free of charge which is very convenient and they take you and your luggage in the town. The apartement was fully equipped! The host were really friendly.

Perfect location with almost every attraction located in 5-min walk; new, comfortable and well-equiped apartments; Piran is a beautiful place worth visiting

Steep, narrow and curly stairs without elevator; despite what is written there is NO parking (our check-in lasted more than 1,5 hour - first you need to visit the agency in Portorof to present documents and take keys, then you go to Piran to pick your luggage, you go back to Portorof to leave your car in the parking, finally you are picked up to Piran; alternatively you can leave your car in the streets (at least 300m apart from the apartment) but it is very hard to find a spot and it is 5EUR per 1 hour).

The appartment is brand new, very confortable and functional (kitchen, free wifi, coffee machine, etc). The staff and the boss are very nice and helpful. They are always reachable! You can park for free your car in Portoroz and the staff will bring you to Piran. We enjoy our stay and recommand the adress.

Central apartment in Piran, close to the beach. Great.

The location is great, in the middle of old town Piran, very close to the beach. We found a fantastic cafe just outside the door, on the beach where breakfast was perfect. The hosts are great.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working and it was stuffy and hot in the apartment. The host reacted and said they would contact the repairman immediately.

Centrally located apartment - compact but has everything you need plus some smart extras. Don’t hesitate to ask Marko (the host). The apartment is newly renovated and spotless clean. Marko is a great host with an eye for detail: fresh water was waiting for my dog 😊 If you are coming by car you will be directed to a neighbouring town: Portoroz, where you will leave your car in a secure parking and Marko will bring you and your luggage to the apartment. This is a great solution as cars are not allowed in the centre of Piran.

Nettes und modern eingerichtetes renoviertes 1-Zimmer-Appartement, für 2 Personen optimal, für 3 Personen aufgrund Schlafcouch im gemeinsamen Zimmer kurzfristig ok. Lage top, leise, Heizung vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert, Badezimmer Fußbodenheizung. Willkommensgeschenk 1 Flasche Sekt, Checkin und Checkout total unkompliziert und Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Stiege sehr schmal aber kein großes Problem mit mehr Gepäck.

l'ottima posizione, si è in pieno centro storico, fà apprezare lo stupendo scenario di pirano!

posizione ottima, camera ben rifinita e arredamento moderno. bagno con dimensioni generose, letto comodo e biancheria pulita. ideale per una coppia, per i bambini si può sfuttare un pratico divano letto, ma si riduce di molto lo spazio in appartamento.

l'unico difetto della struttura è l'accesso agli appartamenti, che avviene attraverso una stretta scala quasi a chicciola, meglio portare dei bagagli non troppo ingombranti. Un piccolo disagio, ripagato dalla comodità della posizione!!
