Kupelna s WC na chodbe, cez ktoru chodia aj iní ludia, smrad na chodbach, ale to majitel neovplyvni, kedze su to stare budovy, slabsi wifi signal

Lokacija, polna oprema v kuhinji, ugodna cena najema, delujoča klima.
Razen v kuhinji, večinoma zastarela oprema, ki bi bila potrebna menjave. Nikjer v opisu apartmaja ni pisalo, da ima WC ločen vhod in da ni del apartmaja, ampak se je nahajal v istem nadstropju na koncu hodnika. Zastarelo stopnišče do apartmaja, z občutkom nestabilnosti lesenega poda in smradu po plesni.
