GREAT location, in the heart of Piran, very close to the beach. AC working perfectly in an otherwise hot place. Spacious toilet.
Super old building. NOT safe stairs, specially if you are travelling with a child or a lot of luggage. Not comfy beds... No kitchen... There is microwave but no fume extractor nor cooker.

Amazing location! Great that there was coffee provided. Big bathroom and nice shower. Perfect place to cool off with the AC in the afternoon.
The mattress was a bit too soft for our taste.
