Great beach side experience in medieval centre

Very central location in the heart of the old town, close to the lighthouse and main square. The sea and beach (entrance for swimming) are just 50m away. Cozy, clean, comfortable, simple to check-in, easy to find. Pleasant communication with the hosts. Shops, restaurants, and the seaside promenade are a few steps away. Authentic atmosphere of mediaeval streets. Tasty coffee from the coffee machine. The host provided capsules for the whole stay. Great experience.

No soap and shampoo at the property. Not a big issue, but it would be pleasant to have it at least for the first evening.

Very clean, everything set up for you (towels, coffee…), nice room in general , the owner was nice

We couldn’t turn on the tv 😅, the shower is very small (and we are not heavy set people and it was very small for one person).

great stay !

Perfect location, just 1 minute away from the seaside. The kitchen is essential, but the room itself and the bathroom are spacious and comfy. The wifi worked really well, as well as the AC. The host was very helpful too. I would surely come back!

Greatest location.

The stunning location very close to the water and all the boardwalk restaurants. The apartment itself is nice and big and fully equipped for a longer stay if one wants to self cater. Nice bed and linen. It looks newly renovated. The interior is also very nice.

It was not easy to get into the apartment as the paint on the key box wore off and the instructions were impossible to follow. Luckily a very helpful Slovenian lady came to my rescue and helped me. It would have been very nice if there was a small milk in the fridge as we arrived late Saturday and on Sunday all the shops were closed. We had coffee, but nothing else.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location

Fantastic location in the old town of Piran, very close to the water and the restaurants. It was quiet at night and we didn't notice any noise. Small but equipped kitchen. Nice, modern decor. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access with key in lock box. Friendly host with easy communication beforehand. Good price compared to alternative options. We would stay here again!

The location was a bit hard to find as the street names weren't clearly marked, but we got there in the end. The shared entrance way (presumably not in the owner's control) is rather damp and musty, with staining on the walls and an old wooden staircase - an old property in need of renovation. We did initially wonder what we had booked! But once you make it onto the landing with the apartment, they have decorated it nicely and it looks clean and modern.

Central stay

Very central location! Room A is clean and cozy and equipped with a coffe mashine and a simple cooking station. The bathroom was newly renovated and very pretty!

The hallway to the room is quite run down and parts of the staircase has no handrailing. Its fine as long as you dont come home in the dark or after having a drink ;)

Location is exceptional and the apartment is lovely. We made a reservation quite late in the evening and the host made an effort to prepare the apartement for us.

There is no parking spot due to location. Walls are a little thin, so you can hear neighbours talking.

In tenda si stava meglio

Niente

Host inesistente telefonicamente, impossibile ritrovare l'appartamento,abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad una g/le signora di comunicare con l'host in una lingua croata poiché rispondeva dalla svizzera, ( siamo riusciti ad entrare dopo 3 ore) scale ripide di legno fatiscente impossibile per disabili, in camera mancava tutto, persino le coperte , abbiamo dormito con gli asciugamani per coprirci di più, per la colazione neanche lo zucchero, bagno allagato, porta del bagno di vetro trasparente,niente bidet, scappate se potete ho provare per credere...

Prezzo non giustificato dalla qualità complessiva dell’alloggio.

La posizione è otima a pochi metri dal mare e l’host si è dimostrato disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare il check-in senza alcun problema.

La pulizia della stanza e del bagno era accettabile, ma purtroppo l’ingresso e le scale del palazzo risultano fatiscenti, con un evidente odore di muffa. Anche in camera era presente un odore sgradevole che ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole. Il letto è risultato molto scomodo: materasso sottile e ormai sfondato, con cuscini poco adatti (più simili a quelli da divano che da letto). Considerata l’esperienza complessiva, il prezzo richiesto non è giustificato. Purtroppo non lo consiglierei.
