Apartment in the heart of the Piran

Great location in the heart of the Piran, very close to the sea. AC in the apartment was very useful due to the high temperatures outside.

Overall a pleasant stay.

The location was super great, local bars, restaurants and even the beach were just around the corner. The apartment was clean and host really friendly.

We had the AC on the whole time and it was still quite hot.

The sea was very close and the apartment is in a great location.

The accommodation was very dirty, we couldn't even take a shower because the shower head was moldy. I didn't like the street noise in the morning, the garbage collection, the clinking of glasses, the mistrust of the host! When we have paid everything in advance, even when leaving, he runs up to us to see if we have paid for the parking... very unpleasant. Of course, we paid for everything upon arrival! In addition, we did not receive the 375 EUR blanket!

Tiny but enough

It was very quiet, easy to access the beach and town. Very clean too. The only thing you could reasonably do in it was sleep because it was so small - but to be fair, Piran is so beautiful why would you want to stay indoors unless the weather is bad? I would highly recommend DanNoi Caffè bar for breakfast, just 5 mins walk - superb Granola!

Disappointing

Great position just few steps from the seasite. Well fournished apartment even if quite packed. The apartment has a great potential due to his position and due the care of the owners but the apartment has a huge probelm of humidity.

The apartment does never receive direct sunlight. Because it is located on the ground floor and because of its position, the apartment is always very humid. The humidity comes from the bathroom which is windowless and also from the walls of the apartment itself. Unfortunately the situation is serious even on sunny days. During rainy days the humidity inside the apartment is unbearable. During our stay all our clothes, towels, and pillow sheets were completely wet due to the humidity present inside the room. The hosts installed an air conditioner with a dehumidification mode to try to solve the problem. Even with the air conditioner turned on the situation doesn't improve. The situation must be fixed because the apartment has a great potential.

Tidy, comfortable renovated space near the sea

Clean and tidy, newly renovated space. Great location near the top of the peninsula.

Very tight and somewhat steep stairs. Difficult to manage luggage, both from parking to front door and up stairs into the apt. If you travel light it’s no problem.

Nice small room

The staff was friendly and always answered with in minutes. Everything was very easy with them. It was very clean and although it is small there is enough space to feel comfortable.

The room is really small and in the bathroom you have to watch your head. The stonefloor is very cold in autumn, a carpet would be fine

Location, Location, Location!

Friendly easy English-speaking check-in, responsive host. You’re paying for location, which is great and worth it. Small but modern and updated interior, A/C a plus. Make sure to pack light, park in garage at the top of the hill and take the free shuttle out to the point. Wifi could not be found on our phones, and was useless from our laptops. If you plan to look at maps online or do any research, do it before you get here. We could send and receive texts from our phones but that was about it. Location to the water is hard to beat, just steps away. Kitchenette is small, well equipped with the exception of a hot water pot and a sponge or cloth to wash dishes with. Apartment was clean, but a mildew odor in the bathroom – maybe from the on-demand water heater because it looked spotless. The only towels provided were barely bigger than a hand towel! Overall we enjoyed our two nights relaxing along the water.

We were confused about the bedding… instead of a bottom sheet it looked like a mattress cover with long hairs – not belonging to either of us. And two comforter covers (sans comforters) and two blankets – are they washed between guests? We weren’t sure what to do with these pieces. Just a couple minor tweaks to make this a full 10.

Very clean und very nice!

The room was very nice and above all very clean. It was small, but had everything that was needed for a short holiday and must have been recently renovated, as especially the bathroom looked modern and new. The handing over of the keys was very easy and Patrick was very friendly and helpful. Also the return of the keys was no problem. The location is fantastic and although the apartments are located in the middle of the historical old town and only a few meters away from the sea, it is still quiet in the room. The air conditioning is another advantage.

The only criticism I would mention is the very loud creaking bed. If one has a light sleep, it is enough to turn around to wake up.

Központi helyen volt. Ízléses, modern stílus.

Kép lapján konyhás apartmannak tűnt ehhez képest az nem volt. A wifi az nagyon gyenge volt többszőr el is ment. Az ágy nagyon kifeküdt volt egy új matrac már elkéne. Illetve a tv távirányító nem működött ezért ki kellett húzni a tv-t. ( Ui: erről nem a szállás tehet, de a parkolóház messze van 15 perc séta az ára 29 euró/ nap, ami irreálisan drága főleg, ha több napot van az ember.

Piran különleges atmoszférájú hely, a tenger a bejárati ajtótól kb. 30 m-re. A szállás bár pici, de 2 főnek szerintem tökéletes, ha nem akarod egész napodat a szálláson tölteni. A gördülékeny kulcs átvétel-átadás nekem tetszett. A bejárati ajtónál kóddal nyitható kis széfben volt elhelyezve a kulcs, távozáskor oda kellett visszamenni. Elektronikusan be lehetett csekkolni.

Non un appartamento, ma una piccola stanza

La posizione è davvero eccellente, a due passi dal mare e nella zona centrale di Pirano, vicina a ristoranti e bar . Veramente comoda per muoversi a piedi e avere tutto a portata di mano.

Non mi è piaciuta per prima cosa la dimensione. L'appartamento numero 3, dove alloggiavo, non è un appartamento, ma una stanza. Manca lo spazio per tenere le valigie e non c'è l'armadio. Muoversi nella stanza è stato davvero scomodo a causa delle dimensioni ridottissime. Sotto al letto, poi, ho trovato dei batuffoli di capelli degli inquilini precedenti. Ho dovuto ridurre di una notte il mio pernottamento per motivi personali, non volevo essere rimborsata, ma prima del mio arrivo ho comunicato questa cosa all'host, che ha del tutto ignorato questo mio messaggio, scritto per due volte nella chat di Booking. Per la precisione: mi ha risposto, ma con altre informazioni inerenti il parcheggio o i documenti per il check-in, ignorando totalmente la mia comunicazione.

Klein aber fein und perfekt für ein Wochenendtrip

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Piran. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte unkompliziert per Keycode, was besonders praktisch war, da wir später angereist sind. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend für ein Wochenende. Es gab auch einen kleinen Balkon – praktisch, um Handtücher aufzuhängen oder kurz frische Luft zu schnappen. Eine richtige Küche gibt es nicht, aber ein Kühlschrank und das Nötigste sind vorhanden. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, bei dem man ohnehin meist auswärts isst, völlig in Ordnung. Das Beste ist definitiv die Lage: mitten in der Altstadt und nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar – Restaurants, Cafés, Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Promenade. Insgesamt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für ein entspanntes Wochenende in Piran. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Za boravak od 2-3 dana je sasvim ok. Domacin je responsiv i jako ljubazan.

Domacin je jako usluzan. Dobili smo savete gde mozemo otici na rucak/veceru i sta sve mozemo posetiti. Check in i Check out su bili jako jednostavni. Dobili smo opciju late check out i domacin nam je porucio opciju Dostavko (elektricno vozilo nas je sacekalo ispred apartmana i odvezlo sa prtljagom do garaze). Dostavko usluga je besplatna.

Stepenice kojima se ide do apartmana su jako uske i jako je nepristupacno za starije osobe i decu. Internet signala gotovo da nije bilo, tako da nismo mogli da koristimo internet. Kada smo rezervisali sobu, gledali smo da li ima dovoljno svetlosti i pomislili smo da ima zato sto postoji krovni prozor sa podignutim roletnama. Kada smo usli u smestaj, dobili smo informaciju da je roletna fiksna i zatvorena i ne moze da se otvori.

Im Fruehjahr als Wohnung eher ungeeignet.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und am Wasser.

Wir waren im April in der Erdgeschoss Wohnung. Obwohl es draussen 20 Grad hatte, war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Ausserdem gab es im der Wohnung eine unangenehm hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Sachen waren klamm.
