Cute Apartment in a Great Location with Friendly Owners

Fantastic location! Marko was incredibly helpful with arranging our arrival and parking, although he couldn't be there himself, and sent his son Leo to help us. Leo was great and gave us some good recommendations! The apartment was simple and exactly what we needed. It is right next to the ocean and in a fantastic location. We also got upgraded, I think, to a bigger apartment with separate bedrooms for my friend and I which was great. We had a great time.

Wifi didn't seem to work very well and the cell signal was poor in the building so I couldn't use my phone much

Nice apartment in central, beautiful Piran, very close to the sea.

Very nice host who gave us a small guided tour of Piran on our way to the apartment. We could also borrow beach chairs, snorkle equipment for free and rent a SUP from him.

An unforgettable stay at a lovely apartment in the best spot of the old city

Terra Apartments was just way beyond our expectations: our host organized parking for us, a shuttle golf cart to take us to the city and he greeted us personally there. Not for just handing the keys over but took us to the city for a short "city tour" in 20 minutes so we would know what to see and how to get there. This level of kindness and helpfulness I have not experienced before hence made our arrival real unique - thank you Marko! The apartment is in a lovely spot of of the old city literally 30 seconds from the sea in either directions. Beaches, restaurants, bars and the historical part of the city were just at our fingertips - still the apartment was very quite. It is well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable and although not large, just perfect for a family of four. When I mean equipment and full service, it also means that there were mobile sunbeds and beach umbrella at our service for free and could rent SUP very cheap from our host as well. The apartment was lovely, the location is just outstanding but our host, Marko, made everything even more enjoyable by recommending restaurants, special places to visit and his kindness and helpfulness was priceless.

Perfect location and nice and friendly host :-)

Absolutely perfect location of the apartment - just a few steps from the sea. The host, Marko, is very friendly and helpful. At the beginning of our stay, he showed us round the Old Town and told us the history of Piran, which was very nice of him. The apartment is air conditionned, has a well equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. The host arranged a car park for us at a very good price and our transfer to the apartment. We had an amazing time here!!!

Beautiful location and the best hosts.

Oh my gosh I loved staying here! Marko, the host, was very communicative and offered to help me with parking earlier than check-in. When I showed up later than intended, his son actually helped me park even though he was busy. It was amazing having help with parking in an area where parking is at a premium. I also got lots of advice about where to go and what to do, and almost felt more like a friend than a guest. The location of the unit is right next to the water on the very tip of the peninsula - you basically step out of the door and into the Adriatic sea. I can't wait to come back!

Location excellent. Host warm, welcoming, responsive, helpful. Apartment looks and feels like the photos (mine was a 3rd floor walk up, but there are apts on lower floors). Host has parking arranged, which is a huge consideration here. It’s much less expensive with him, and he arranges a cart to take you from car to apartment.

Fantastic location. Exceptionally kind and friendly host. Excellent communication. Provided safe parking spot (much cheaper than public parking) that could otherwise be a problem in Piran. We had only one night stay, but we had all we needed. Definitely worth a reccomendation

Amazing stay

The apartment is inside of the tip of Piran peninsula. If you step out of the house, or look out of the window, the sea is right there, just a few steps to the promenade. The apartment was clean and functional. Best beds we had on our trip. The host was super friendly and helpful with tips for restaurants and things to do. Our 3 days there felt like a week of vacation.

Accommodation in the historic center of Piran was great. 2 rooms big enough, equipped kitchen, bathroom... everything clean. Close to everywhere (to the sea, to the center, to the shops). 10/10: Great appartment with an even greater host!

Our host Marko was everything and more you could expect from our great stay in Piran. Within minutes of our late afternoon booking we were contacted by Marko where to park our car and how to easily reach our destination to the car-free town of Piran. At the town centre we were greeted by our friendly host who gave us a nice small informative tour of Piran and shared tips where to enjoy our dinner (which was excellent!). Exceptional

You can stay in five stars hotel with all you need but with anonymous people .Or you can meet somebody who runs his own appartment house with enthusiasm, passion and love. We stayed only for one night but we will never forget Marko and his effort to meet all our expactations, guiding the city , recommending restaurants,shops, attractions. Its not the most modern flat on earth but it is a man who you can never forget. Thanks Marko once again!

Marko, the host, is incredible. He makes arrival and checkout super easy, even though you can't drive through the town. He meets you with a hand wagon so you don't have to get your luggage through the tiny bumpy alleys to the place, shares local flavor and history, recommends restaurants and ice cream places, and is generally available to help. The apartment is near the tip of the peninsula, so you have 50m in either direction to the beach. The kids had their own room. Wifi and AC both reliable.

We had a wonderful time in Piran. The studio is very clean, well equipped and the owner makes sure you have everything you need. Marko is very friendly and gave us a lot of information and useful tips on what to explore. We would definitely recommend a stay.

The wonderful location doesn't excuse the basic amenities

The location is amazing. When you step out you have coastline just 50 meters away on both the left and right side.

The facilities in the room were extremely basic. The beds are the kind they use as emergency beds with disasters. The same goes for the bathroom and kitchen amenities. Being in the center of an old town comes with downsides. You have to park in an expensive and overcrowded garage outside of town and get to the old city from there.

Room on the ground floor, so not much privacy, unless you keep the curtains closed all day, but that way the room is rather dark. But we didn't spend much time in the room anyway... :)

Nice spot with one flaw

Excellent location (sea side is about 50m), very helpful and welcoming host.

The bathroom is only accessible from the living room, so the guests staying in the bedroom have to walk by the guests sleeping in the living room to go to the bathroom/toilet. Bearable for a night, but not an ideal setup.

Marko, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. He told us a lot about the city and made us the whole trip really comfortable. The studio is not that super fancy, but all you need and totally clean!! And the location is perfect, 1min to the seaside! Could not be a better location.

E’ stato tutto meraviglioso! Pirano è davvero un gioiello, ricca di storia, cultura e con un mare stupendo. La casa si trova in una posizione eccezionale, nella punta della città, in prossimità del mare da ambo i lati; e’ molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort e con il plus di attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Marko, una persona genuina, interessante, accogliente e preparata; ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati ed ha contribuito a rendere le nostre vacanze davvero speciali ed indimenticabili. In lui abbiamo trovato un amico che terremo caro nel nostro cuore e contiamo di riuscire a tornare al più presto a Pirano, ovviamente al Terra apartments!

Csodás nyaralás volt.

Varázslatos történelmi város, barátságos helyiek. A közlekedés a városban nem tökéletes, de a házigazda mindenre gondolt, parkolásról, és a parkolóhelyről a szálláshelyre szállításról is ő gondoskodott. Csak jó élményeim vannak a szállásadóval kapcsolatban. Még idegenvezetést is kaptunk a városban tőle, és minden hely, étterem, reggeliző amit ajánlott tökéletes választás volt. Ezer köszönet a hozzáállásáért.
