L’appartement était correct, bien situé, propre

Il n’y a eu aucun échange réel entre le correspondant et nous.Tout s’est passé par SMS ou téléphone, sachant que même en anglais, le dialogue n’était pas fluide.Les informations concernant l’emplacement exact de l’appartement n’étaient pas très précises, c’était un peu galère. Le parking était assez onéreux, le moins cher étant situé assez loin de l’appartement…

Bliskość morza. Obiekt znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji jeśli chodzi o spacer i jest przy głównej ulicy zatem nie trzeba wchodzić do niego pod górę jeśli ktoś ma problem z poruszaniem się jednak bliskość ulicy i brak odpowiedniego wytłumienia powoduje, że w nocy przejeżdżające samochody, które poruszają się dość szybko pomimo ograniczeń miasta, uniemożliwiają sen.

Obiekt zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. Łazienka jest obrzydliwa. Nie można uznać, że to miejsce jest czyste. Brak odpowiedniej wentylacji w łazience oraz unoszący się zapach stęchlizny w całym obiekcie powoduje, że przebywając tam ma się wrażenie, że jest się w piwnicy. Cena zdecydowanie jest zawyżona jeśli chodzi o standard.

Appartamento pulito e luminoso,a due passi dal mare e vicinissimo al centro. Check in/out comodo e veloce. Noi siamo rimasti solo 2 notti ma l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno lungo (lavatrice,stendono,piastre per cucinare......).

Il costo del parcheggio a Pirano è eccessivo (29 euro al giorno) conviene arrivarci con i mezzi pubblici o in bici

L’emplacement avec la mer juste en face, de l’autre côté de la route et proche du centre-ville. Le personnel disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Nous entendions effectivement le bruit de la route, mais cela n’a pas perturbé notre sommeil. Le logement est effectivement sombre, mais nous passions nos journées à l’extérieur…

Posizione perfetta, di fronte alla spiaggia. Appartamentino dotato di tutti i comfort per qualsiasi necessità. Prezzo decente, location stupenda.

Non ci era chiaro il fatto che non si potesse entrare in centro con l'auto e nessun parcheggio fosse proponibile, l'unica soluzione è lasciare la propria auto in un garage non lontano dall'alloggio, a pagamento a 30 euro al giorno, a cui si accede tramite una salita che con il caldo non è molto piacevole. Questa cosa ci ha anche reso difficile la visita di spiagge diverse. Ma per 2 giorni, va bene. Inoltre, non sappiamo se ci fossero ospiti al piano di sopra o fossero residenti, ma il rumore che facevano a qualsiasi ora sembravano di un esercito. Alle 6 di mattina era già impossibile dormire.

Good location and Comfortable Apartment in downtown Piran

This is an apartment style accommodation that met our desired location, and level of cleanliness and comfort. The apartment is on the older side but had everything we needed. It has a kitchen and washer (even though we didn't need them) and a well working A/C unit. We loved the location! We had a car and parked at the garage (as this unit does not have parking which I believe is the same with any place in the old town area) that was just up the hill and a relatively short walk. We were also within close walking distance to all the restaurants and sites in Piran. And just across the street was a small beach area that we used and that was very convenient. While the apartment is on the main road and therefore you can hear the traffic, the bedroom is in the back and we had no problem sleeping there. One of us slept on the futon in the living room where you could hear traffic but this person is a heavy sleeper and said it didn't bother him. But if you are light sleeper that may be a consideration. The beds and the futon/sofa were very comfortable.

The only issue was with the bathroom. It was very spacious but they need to get a new/different shower curtain or add a long liner. The shower curtain was too short and it allowed the water to splash all over the floor and got quite wet which could be dangerous for slipping especially since the tub is very tall and difficult to get in and out of for shorter people. The towels were also pretty rough and so they should provide newer ones and possibly more of them to clean up the water. It was a relatively big issue for us, but something they could easily fix.

Great place to stay in Piran

This is a great apartment in Piran and I would highly recommend it. Despite being located on the main floor, it was very quiet and the apartment itself was very comfortable and well-appointed. Also, the wifi was excellent and the bathroom facilities very good as well. The host was friendly and helpful. Finally, the location across the street from the seaside and just a short walk from the historic centre of Piran made it very easy to get around and enjoy the area.

I have no complaints. Everything about this apartment met or exceeded my expectations. While the price was on the high side, it was definitely in line with other similar accommodation in the area. I would stay here again.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, direttamente sul mare a pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Pirano. Molto pulito, accogliente e confortevole. I gestori sono persone molto disponibili e gentili, attenti ad ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio.

La posizione è ottima, all'ingresso di Pirano poco dopo le sbarre. Appartamento su due piani (soppalco con camera da letto). I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Locali puliti. A disposizione lavatrice, stendino, phon, stufetta elettrica, clima, bollitore, tv ecc

C'era un accenno di odore di muffa ed umidità ma credo sia abbastanza comune in edifici di una certa età e così attaccati al mare.

Piran ist einen Besuch wert - die Unterkunft nicht!

Die Lage war ziemlich zentral und nah am Wasser.Wir brauchten nur über die Straße gehen und konnten uns auf einer Bank direkt ans Wasser setzen und auf die Altstadt schauen. Am Abend haben wir das natürlich genossen.

Man hat nur 15min Zeit um in die Altstadt zu fahren und einzuchecken. Danach muss man sein Auto in der überteuerten Parkgarage abstellen. Bei uns uns kamen dann noch einmal 78Euro Parkgebühren dazu bei 3 Übernachtungen. (15Uhr Check in und 10Uhr Check out. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir für unsere Verhältnisse nicht sicher abstellen konnten. Es wurde uns untersagt, diese mit in die Ferienwohnung zu nehmen und angeboten uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Wir hatten aber bereits bezahlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr laut. Ganz früh am Morgen 6Uhr waren bereits Fernsehgeräusche zu hören, dann die Lieferfahrzeuge, die direkt an unserem Fenster vorbei fuhren. Also ein entspanntes Übernachten war es auf gar keinen Fall. Wir hatten auch keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Zur Straße war es zu laut und das Bad hatte kein Fenster. Es war alles ziemlich feucht und somit auch muffig. Vor unserem Zimmer waren Gasttische aufgebaut vom Restaurant. Leider hatten wir keine Terrasse, Balkon oder Innenhof. Wir würden nicht wieder in Piran übernachten, sondern uns lieber außerhalb etwas buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very nice and picturesque.

Location and size of the apartment is great. They even had a washing machine. The owners asked to call them about 1 hour before you arrive. I sent a text and didn’t notice that it didn’t go through. But when I arrived they still reacted quickly and came soon. In the meantime I could leave my luggage with the adjacent restaurant and parked my car as advised in the parking garage about half a mile away. A local bus brought me back.

I knew that the parking garage is pretty expensive with Euro 29 per day. When I left the apartment I walked all the way to the parked car which turned out to be a nice walk on the ocean promenade, an area I didn’t really notice when I went sightseeing the town.

Tökéletes szállás városnézéshez!

Nagyon jó helyen van, egy percre a városi strandtól, 5 percre a belvárostól, a városba bevezető út mellett, mégis nyugalmas hely, főként este nagyon csendes, nagyon jót lehet aludni :). Mi a duplex-ben laktunk, ami szuper tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt lakás. A szállás éttermét (sea food) is nagyon ajánlott kipróbálni.

Ez nem a szállás hibája, de mielőtt Piranba indulsz, tájékozódj a parkolásról, mert speciálisan van megoldva és elég drága is.

Only real positive is it’s in Piran. Its about as far as you can be from the center tho. Owners didn’t budge at all on late checkout, but held my bags for a few hours at least.

The place was rundown and muggy. Bathroom smelled really bad. Beds are upstairs and the AC does not actually reach there (just a small unit in the living room), so it was quite hot. Nothing about the place was comfortable. The owners were cold and not super accommodating. Washing machine provided but no detergent, which is inconvenient when the stores close early.

The host was wonderful and very helpful. You can walk across the street and swim. Restaurant attached to hotel was excellent. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the parking area. You can drive in to the apartment to drop off your luggage. The back bedroom is quiet. If you need to use the sofa bed you are on the street side of the building. I would recommend this place for 2 adults unless you are on a tight budget. It works fine for 4 adults if you do not spend a lot of time in the apartment. You can hangout outside by just walking across the street.
