De keuken was niet echt schoon. Oven en keukenkastjes waren niet schoon

Centralt och bra, luftig och stor lägenhet.

En del möbler behöver bytas ut då dom var skrangliga och höll på att falla isär eller allmänt nedsuttna. Uppgradering av kaffeautomat som idag var defekta. Lite vassare städning.

Location was great. Size suited our family of 8.

The location for our trip was perfect and the original features of the apartment are truly beautiful

This property when I booked was advertised as 4 bedrooms with king size beds and a double sofa bed. Once the booking was confirmed I was then told the sofa had been removed. The property is also advertised to have a hot tub, access to private garden and a spa bath. The hot tub never existed, the spa bath didn't work and the private gardens were not signposted and locked up. Also there was no mention of the property being 2nd floor with only stairs. Our group had some disabled members and the steps were troublesome. When I reached out to the host about these issues, they offered a full refund on the Friday when we arrived so we could go find somewhere with a hot tub?!? This was past 8pm in the evening on EDINBURGH TATTOO 2026 weekend and i had had the booking since october 2025. The host knew the listing was wrong but still takes bookings and never reached out in all that time ( october 25 to August 26) to make us aware of the issues. I was aware of the sofa bed as I asked in october but my group was will to adapt. The rest of the let downs were left for us to discover upon arrival and when I tried to discuss the matter further the host stopped talking to me and just blamed booking.com Trying to contact booking.com to complain is just as difficult. It's too expensive and the facilities listed aren't at the property but the building is lovely
