Location is just spectacular. We had plenty a view that was popular for other tourists to pop by. The place had so much character and terrace views were just beautiful. Temis the property manager was so friendly and accomodating.

Some of the rooms were a little too small and felt a little congested and bathrooms were too open without doors in a tiny spot. The bathroom on the top floor isn’t operational because how small it was.

It was a Beautiful property in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants in Oia. It had an Amazing water view with a bonus rooftop which we had a private dinner on our last night

Exceptional

Love this place! Right in the heart of Oia. Rooms were all comfortable and the 3 levels of balconies all had amazing views. Anita was so helpful and helped us to arrange things like transportation from the airport, porter, dinner, and even a tour guide if we wanted one. We would definitely stay here again!

The location, level of service, quality, and cost were unbeatable. I can’t think of a single drawback. We felt like we were on top of the world, and everyone (Irene, Anisa, everyone) was so kind and responsive.

Excellent experience.

The host was very accommodating in making arrangements for transportation from the ferry to Oia and meeting us to escort us to the property. Additionally, the host made arrangements for excursions. Very responsive!

A bit more glassware and blankets in the middle suite (loft queen bed) unit would be helpful. Minor request.

The BEST location, the WORST host and transportation

The location was surreal, literally in the heart of Oia, with a blue dome church behind it, all of the beautiful houses surrounding which you can get a 360 deg view of from the roof, and the sea in front. It was the BEST location and views of any place we have visited and just this year we have visited 23 European countries. The rooms were unique and comfortable and it was nice to have an entire villa for all 10 people in our extended family vacation. We loved the breakfast that we were able to book the night before for us to have breakfast at home with the best view.

Unfortunately we had quite a few issues with the host and transportation. We asked for a private transfer to and from the villa which we did get but it was delayed almost an hour BOTH ways. This was very disappointing as we had young children waiting in the heat of the August sun for our transport van and also waiting for the host to give us our keys. When we did get the keys she never apologized and seemed very busy and ready to move on. The other thing we did not like was the safety concerns with 4 young children as the ledges are very short. The house is definitely better suited for adults than children, but we kept a very close eye on all children and obviously everyone stayed safe.

location was amazing and we loved all the patios and rooftop!! it was an incredible place!! Athena was amazing and our housekeeper was great and so sweet!!

Can’t think of much maybe and A/C in the basement bedroom? and a door on the bathroom down there. Also, no light in that bathroom.

The best views in Santorini- I could stay here forever!! 10/10 recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect- very walkable to all the shops & restaurants. The view from the patio is the most magnificent thing you could imagine. Completely private and uninterrupted views in all directions- it's truly incredible. You will feel on top of the world, it is stunning. Athena, our host was incredibly kind and energetic.

The rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected in the old cliff houses, plus with the porch and rooftop spaces, you won't be spending much time inside anyhow. Our only disappointment was during check in where we were left waiting for over an hour and a half to be let into the house (it was around 10pm by the time they came with the key). Additionally, 2 people in our group arrived on an earlier flight, but were not allowed to check in without me ( the person who had made the reservation) so they had to wander around Santorini for an entire day (8+ hours) with their luggage. It would have been really lovely if they had been permitted to check in for us and have somewhere to drop their bags and also have the house opened up for when we arrived late at night. All in all the check in process was a bit frustrating, but everything else was incredible and we would certainly return again and again!
