The ideal location in Santorini.

Amazing traditional Captain house with a view of Oia to die for. Right below the caste, where everybody flocks to for the sunset view. It has a jacuzzi on one of the terraces (Amina house). You can see the donkeys going up and down Oia from the terrace.

The oven didn't work but there was a microwave. Other than that it was perfect. Staff was amazing, good communication with the hotel.

Ideal location for the Oia sunset, amenities could be improved

We enjoyed the space of the private balcony amidst the sea of people around us who had gathered for the sunset. We were able to make dinner at the house both nights and eat on the balcony or at the table outside near the entrance which was very pleasant. If coming to Oia for the views and the sunset, the location is excellent. Konstantinos was also extremely helpful in booking the catamaran cruise as well as a last minute transfer from the airport to the property.

The staircase down to the third bedroom was extremely steep and tricky. The two twin beds were not very comfortable and there was nothing else down there besides a wardrobe (no table lamp, no mirror, etc.) The shower was very small and the shower curtain was too long so it would cover the drain at times which would cause water to build up. For the price, small things like this could have been better.

Amazing - location, very close to the bus station, breathtaking view

Amazing! First, Konstantinos is very helpful but in a nice and not at all intrusive. You can definitely count on him. You will find several properties belonging to K&K, but this one is the best. Location is so easy accesible you just get off the bus at the station before the last one and you arrived. It was so easy and right in the middle of Oia. The view is simply gorgeous, and the terrace offers the perfect ending of a long summer day.

I wouldn't say not liked, but you need to be careful with the bathtub as it is in the room, and water could get to the bed that is very close.

Loved the location and view, but the room layout could be better.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent – just steps from the sea, with a private terrace where you can see a beautiful blue-domed church. It was easy to reach the room without climbing many stairs, and there’s a parking lot right next to the property, which made getting around convenient. The host replied to messages quickly, and after we checked out, they kindly helped us store our luggage.

We booked the Aram Suite, but it was really small. I also found it a bit strange that the shower area was right next to the bed. Even though there’s a bathtub, there’s no separation at all, so if you’re staying with someone, it could feel awkward as they can see you showering. Plus, the water splashes easily during a shower – it can even reach the bed. The air conditioning was a bit old as well, and no matter how we adjusted the airflow, it kept blowing directly onto the bed.

Stunning view of the Aegean Sea

WOW! Staying at the Caldera was truly an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking, our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. Konstantinos was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Greatest staff and amazing view!

The friendly and helpful staff is our biggest highlight, as this was a trip with my mum (73yo) and we needed assistance with the luggage, with the location and got everything organised by the beautiful people working there! Thanks Konstantinos for making us feel welcomed. The view is amazing, the room is clean and comfortable.

In general, we had to deal with it, but it was not welcoming and also not a good view. It was just the other houses view

This was not the same property when I saw and booked it. It showed the pool or Spa is looking through the ocean when I booked it and You could see the water, but this property was nothing to compare to what I saw. It was not clear what property do I get? We were mad when we got there because there was no view and it was only surrounded by the walls. The toilet flasher was not working. The showerhead was wobbly and broken.

Didn’t have any view at all also, it was not easy to get to the bedroom on upstairs very narrow to go up.

Stunning view. Lovely room. Great value for money.

The view was amazing. Though it doesn’t have ‘sunset views’ it’s a stunning location and we loved looking out to sea. The room was very modern and tastefully done. The chap who met us was friendly and there was good communication.

Sadly there was a power cut when we were there meaning we didn’t get chance to have a shower or bath. This wasn’t the owner’s fault. Also, due to some rain, the outside cushions were taken away which was a shame as we couldn’t sit as comfortably during the evening. Also, the air con was intermittent and the room was very warm. It’s not a criticism but there is a lack of privacy as people in other apartments have to walk past the room and can see it. There were also builders in the morning carrying all their goods down which was a shame when enjoying the morning views. But overall we had a good stay.

I have just returned from Santorini where I stayed at Adrales Cave House. The accommodation was perfect in all ways. The balcony provided the perfect location to view the sunset. I highly recommend Adrales Cave House from all aspects. Markos our host services were second to none and I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Markos went above and beyond expectations. I look forward to returning.

Very comfortable, the manager makes it even better

The manager is awesome, we asked him to arrange transfer from the port, there was also help getting our bags carried from the van. We got a rundown of the property and he gave us tips for watching the sunset. Wonderful place.

Comfortable, relax, clean, you have everything you need during the stay.

Everything is great, when we walk in the the house, the first word form everyone is WOW, you could image how much we like the room. Property owner is very friendly, proactive contact us before we arrive, help us to store the luggage after check-out, for the room, very clean, the greatest one is the view for sunset, it’s a private area, you could enjoy the view on top of the roof, it’s really a nice experience, will visit again if I visit Oia in the future.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the ALS mansion in Oia! Our family of 6 had plenty of room and loved the private rooft

Loved the location and the private rooftop! Staff was amazing! Markos met us at our taxi drop off and gave us a personal tour of the house. We had housekeeping everyday. At check out they made sure we got our taxi pick up as well! So nice!
