The location was super for us as it was very central but not on a busy street with crowds of people or lots of steps / hills. Most rooms have a lovely view, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so helpful and kind.

Unreal breakfast. Sunbeds and private heated pool were literally perfect. Staff were nice, check-in process was very detailed providing numerous things to do.

Sea-view is of north-coast. Location doesn't come up on google, took ages to find the place.

The hotel is amazing, located in the most quiet yet central part of oia, the staff was amazing, the room pristine. Definitely a must.

Lovely room with a view of the blue dome. We had a pool in our room. Rooms were recently renovated to the highest of standards. Comfiest best I have ever slept on. Location is perfect!

Great location; could walk all the way to the sea past the caldera lookout and castle in about 15 minutes. Room was very nice & service at the hotel was excellent! Breakfast was also delicious. I definitely recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was very nice, the sunset view from our balcony was lovely and the room was very nice and clean. Short distance to all the most popular attractions in Oia, Also easy to bring the luggage, as there were no stairs from the buss terminal (where the main road for cars stopped) to get to the hotel. They also served a super lovely breakfast each morning, Overall the stay was better than some of the 5 stars hotels I've been to.

Newly renovated property and room is spacious.

Room could have been cleaned up better. Hair left in both bathrooms from previous guests. It’s difficult to move luggage in and out if you have big ones to carry (it’s not near Main Street). Not recommend for off-peak season due to lack of staffs and service.

Excellent facilities and staff - esp Anna. We felt very welcome and looked after. Great location as well in the heart of Oia and walking distance from everything happening including the best restaurant.

We did not know / expect that the location would be in a small lane in cobbled streets and car cannot go. So we had to drag our suitcases for some 200 metres on road and then in a cobbled / stone lane which wasn’t easy. Anna helped while check in and at checkout we used a luggage trolley/ carrier. It is the heart of Oia and hence not really property’s fault- just we were not aware

This place was fabulous! We stayed in the junior suite which was amazing. Location ia great; a 2-3 minute walk to town but not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. Our host Anna was so helpful and professional. I would 100% recommend this place if visiting Santorini.

La Madeleine was beautiful. Our room was gorgeous and the rooftop jacuzzi and view was so incredibly relaxing for us while on our honeymoon. It is in such a good location, right in the heart of Oia - which is really nice since we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, take in the views, and do the hike from Oia to Thira. You also get to schedule breakfast every morning and we were able to wake up to breakfast in our private courtyard. I definitely recommend a stay here!

The location was right in the centre. The hotel was amazing, very clean and beautifully decorated. Anna was very helpful and friendly. It exceeded our expectations.

We have never been as happy as in laMadeline including the manager Anna made our staying even better. She is so helpful, so kind and easy to talk to. The rooms are spacious, modern, extremely clean and the bed was too comfortable. The A/C worked great and the Wi-Fi too. Other than that the staff were really kind and friendly. Breakfast in room was alway on time even 5 minutes before expected! Breakfast includes almost everything you want such us ( cereals, pies, croissants, fresh juice, fresh fruits and Greek salads, eggs, bread, etc…). The cleaning person replaced our towels everyday, cleaned our room, made our bed daily. Not to mention the jacuzzi was cleaned everyday and the room smells amazing. The location of La Madeline is perfect. Easily reachable to (restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc.). The suite is perfect, you have your own pool, big room where you can freely leave your luggages. What was crazy to experience was our last day! We did not expect it at all. We were simply getting ready for the day until Anna the manager contacted us and told us she would like to show us something. We simply thought nothing big… but that’s when our trip got even crazier. We literally got a new room, I think it is called a superior room with a sea view. We had a bigger bed with a balcony, a jacuzzi outside by the balcony with the most beautiful sunset view. So basically on our last day. We had 2 rooms, our old room with our luggages inside, and the master room with most spectacular view. So we are so so thankful to Anna again and again for this wild experience. We believe that Anna made our stay even much more worth it. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back in Santorini in La Madeleine.

First of all, - Our host, Anna. She was more than that, as soon as we arrived in Oia she rushed over to welcome us warmly (I'm not speaking about the weather ^^). We came at her office, she offered us cold drinks to refresh us, tried to know us better, helped us to explore the best spots at Santorini and Oia. Even we went through some difficulties, she was always available to help us find our way, or for anything else. - The suite, what a suite! The place was wonderful, we have even the chance to be surclassed with my wife. We had the best suite that LaMadeleine has to offer. Thank you again Anna ! The size of the jacuzzi was close to that of a pool haha. We had difficulty getting out of it ;) - The city, Oia. We loved the views, watching a sunset during a cruise, walking the narrow, traditional streets of Oia... I could go on and on... it was quite simply our best trip ever.

Our family has never been so happy with a hotel experience! La Madeleine far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, modern, extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, and the A/C worked great! The cleaning person was fantastic. She replaced ALL towels (for the jacuzzi and shower) daily, made our beds daily, etc. The rooms smell amazing, too. The location of La Madeleine is perfect. We assumed being in the heart of Oia during peak season it would be busy and noisy outside of the hotel. However, it was the complete opposite. It was quiet and relaxing. Even though a quick 1 minute walk (maybe less) from La Madeleine and you have everything at your disposal (restaurants, coffee shops, gelato, an assortment of stores, shops, etc). The suite we stayed in was perfect. You have your own private terrace with a table to eat at which is where they serve you your custom ordered breakfast. The day before you order what you would like from their menu and let them know a time and they deliver it straight to your room. The menu had a large variety to choose from. Eggs cooked any way you would like, omelets, fruit, sausage, toast, cakes, croissants, yogurts, cereal, cappuccino's, and much more. It is all freshly cooked that morning and it is delicious. The private jacuzzi was our favorite part of the room. We were pleasantly surprised with how large the jacuzzi was. The view from the balcony and jacuzzi was breathtaking. The real star of La Madeleine however, is Anna. I cannot say enough about how amazing and helpful she was. From ordering us takeout (multiple times), arranging transportation, to answering my many questions. She never made us feel like an inconvenience. She always made us feel like royalty and as if we were the most important guests in the world. Our stay would not have been as amazing as it was without Anna. We truly cannot wait to come back and stay at La Madeleine again! When in Santorini, we won't stay anywhere else!

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.
