Fabulous place to stay in Santorini. A tranquil place away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything we needed

It was lovely and quiet but not far from shops, restaurants and stunning views. Our room was very pretty and spacious with a view of the pool and our own balcony. Great that a guy took our luggage both ways as it was quite a walk over cobblestones. Foni was very helpful. She organised transfers for us and booked restaurants. The cocktails and sunset views from up on the terrace were fabulous!

The breakfast was a little disappointing and the stairs to the sunset terrace were quite steep … tricky when carrying drinks and nibblies.

Excellent place

Everything was perfect. Beautiful place, amazing views and sunset without people around. 1 minute from the centre of Oia and 3 minutes from the bus stop. Very easy to find. The staff was excellent from the reception to the chef. They helped us to extend our stay due to cancellation of our flight and upgraded us to an amazing room with beautiful views. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The mermelaides were freshly made by the chef and the eggs he prepared have been the best I have ever eaten in my life, and I am olddddd, I hate eggs, I do not eat them, but the eggs he prepared for us ate 3 times. They were delicious.

Beautiful location in Oia

Awesome location and hosts. It is located close to one of the beautiful "blue & white" churches and the Nik.Nomikou promenade (from which we had stunning Caldera views). Great swimming pool, from which we could see 2 of the most famous churches at the same time. There are two terraces for panoramic views /sunset views. Very nice and clean room, quiet and yet central.

Great location, right in centre of Oia but away from the hectic day trippers marching to / from the views. Surrounded by good restaurants and close to bus stop to get to Fira.

Loved it!

The staff is so kind thank you! They give you welcome drink and one bottle of water. You have 3 entrences right in the middle of oia. Room was huge and cleaned every day.

The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on…about six inches from the floor and nearly has a mattress. Surprised the owner didn’t speak English very well. Had a really hard time communicating with her and she got impatient because we didn’t understand her.

Wonderfully relaxing

This is an understated stay in Oia for anyone looking to have a great holiday in the most beautiful location on the island. The property has excellent location close to the main bus but also to all the main attractions in Oia and the access there is excellent. We loved how accommodating the pool was with the sunset terrace and the really cozy rooms. The breakfast was good too.

The beds were a bit too hard mattress and I developed a numb leg from the nerves squashed into the hard mattress for too long ( even if I switched sides often). The stairs in the room were a bit slippery and scary during the night to get from the bed to the toilet. It takes some effort to get used to it.

Not far away, just minutes to get to town. Their hospitality was great. Except I couldn’t get an extra towel, that was a bummer. We all know there are water issues everywhere though.

It was an amazing place to stay, highly recommend. Breakfast on the lighter side but I prefer that it is buffet style. There are a couple of juice options. I loved it

Quiet, clean and very comfortable.

It was very clean and quiet. The rooms in the suite were huge and clean! The pool was wonderful; the breakfast excellent and the staff very efficient!

The WiFi didn’t work in the room I was in; it might need a booster or new hub. It worked by the pool so it wasn’t a huge problem. There are almost no electric sockets in the room; so I had to plug in the kettle in the bathroom.

The place is nice and clean. The breakfast is good too. It is also near all the shops and cave houses with alot of cafes, restaurants and shop houses.

It is just next to the church where they ring the bell quite often.

One of the best places to stay in Santorini

We travelled from Sydney Australia. The stay was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and supportive especially when our bags were lost but returned on day 5 of our departure. We had a very comfortable room with sea views and a prime position each night for the sunset? We enjoyed the pool and sun Lounges. . The location is in the centre of town and a short stroll to everything. Thank you John, Angela and George

Aethrio Sunset Village was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and although only 25m from the main square was peaceful and quiet. The staff were all very friendly. Great pool and extensive breakfast. Highly recommended to stay here away from the hoards of tourists.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, sunset view and still had a quiet private feel even although it was very close to the bustling caldera streets

Breakfast could have had more variety and the early start breakfast baskets offered for those going on trips were really poor. Essentially a packaged muffin and a dry roll. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor, hardly any sachets of tea or coffee and a very odd tasting cream sachet left to put in it.
