Had a great time at Vogue Suites!

Great staff that met us upon check-in, helped us with our bags, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The room was nice and I loved the view outside our room on the shared balcony (although I wish we had a little more time to ourselves on the balcony since it was shared between us and a couple other rooms). The bathroom was nice, the service was good, and overall I felt like we got great value for our stay! I can definitely say I recommend Vogue Suites, I think it has a great location in the heart of Oia but still feels like your own private area.

A beautiful stay in Santorini — breathtaking views and warm hospitality.

Perfect location — walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough to feel private. The panoramic caldera view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking.

The shower area could use a better enclosure, as water tended to spread across the bathroom floor after each use.

A very bad experience due to incompetent staff. The bag was located in the Hotel Taxi after we left.

The rooms were beautiful we only had 1night due to cancelled ferry due to the weather no refund or special treatment was offered

Staff very unfriendly, Night staff person has the worst customer skills we have ever came across, so rude. Between the Taxi porter & Hotel my friends longtime medication and Sleep Apnea machine was lost. We discover this at 11pm, Rang reception told the man on night watch he said he couldn't help and hung up the phone....we then attended the Reception to be greeted by more rudeness and no help in locating the bag refused to give us him name or the manager's name. Had to leave at 6am for flight without the medication, had 3 in Croatia trying to find urgent replacement medication

A beautiful stay.

Perfect location, right in the Main Street. Views were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and accommodating helping us to book taxi’s and with our bags on the many steps. Room was spacious.

Great peaceful rooms

Our room was on the sunset side of the cold area, so facing outwards. It was below the promenades that are so busy so the room offered a little peace and tranquility in a crazy place. The room was spacious and well equipped for two nights stay. The other set of Vogue Suites which are shown on the maps are on the Caldara side of Oia. You are collected by the Porter from the bus station and taken to the Caldera side to check in. You then have to make your way back to the other side of the cold area to find your sunset rooms. You need to be reasonably fit, and happy to go up and down a lot of steps. However, that’s Santorini.

Generally happy with the room, although our room was next to the housekeeping store so we could hear their telephone conversations through the room early in the morning. I’m also pleased that we didn’t get a hot tub as they are very open for everyone to see, so there is very little privacy.

Too expensive for the service provided.

The location. Right in the middle of Oia

The photos showed rooms with shape as a “cave” with windows. But when we arrived our family 2-bedroom 2-bathroom suite had no windows. We tried to change the room as I started feeling claustrophobic but the manager said all the rooms were like that, or they had a very small window. I wish I knew this before booking. Since the hotel was fully booked we were unable to switch rooms. The second night there was a blackout and they did not have a generator, therefore we had no air inside the “cave/room” no windows to open for air and the phone & wifi did not work. It really felt too enclosed. I wrote to the hotel about this the day after we left and I’m still waiting for their reply. I would not recommend it.

Incredible room and sunset views

Incredible place to watch the sunset! Know that because this is in Oia, it's not going to be simple to get to, but staff is extremely helpful with getting your bags to and from the main area of town to reception and then your room. Hotel also arranged pick up for us from the ferry port.

You will need to walk up and down a lot of stairs depending on your exact room, but that is Oia. Keep that in mind when booking and if you have accessibility issues, this is not the location for you.

Stunning location - staff were amazing! Our bags were carried from the road to the hotel (which is up and down steps). Room was stunning too!

Stunning and beautiful sunset view from the room directly. Friendly and professional staffs with superb services. The room is clean and big with nice AC and WiFi.

A few steps to go to the room but it is understandable for superb view. The outer window door sometimes blew by winds, which cause the sudden noisy sound even at night.

Wonderful holiday

The Vogue suites is in an excellent location right at the end of the Main Street near the castle. There are plenty of places to eat (breakfast, lunch or dinner) within a few minutes’ walk. We had excellent views across the caldera from our patio area. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arranged our airport transfers through the Vogue suites and everything went perfectly. It’s not possible to drive right up to the accommodation so the porters collect all the luggage carrying heavy cases on their shoulders with apparent ease. We’d have no hesitation in recommending The Vogue Suites. Just a warning, there are lots of steps up and down in Oia so it’s not ideal for those who find steps challenging, but obviously that isn’t something the Vogue Suites can change!

It was novel.

It was a good size room and the decor was nice. I love that there were porters to help you carry your luggage to you room and back to the pick-up area when leaving.

I didn't like that there were ants in the bathroom and my view was mainly 2 buildings and a palm tree. The worse part would be the daily lost of power and water and it wasn't for a short period of time.

Exceptional Experience with a View to Remember!

Santorini can be quite tricky to navigate with luggage, but thankfully, the hotel arranged assistance both upon our arrival and at checkout, which made everything so much easier. The room was a bit smaller, but the breathtaking view from our spacious balcony more than made up for it. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful stay made even better by that unforgettable view!

Staff Eva and James were the most helpful and kindest people. As soon as Eva found out I have an issue with my leg she gave us the room that was not too many stairs. I’ll tell you though if you have a back or knee issues Santorini is full of up and down stairs -be careful that you don’t hurt yourself more.

The room was beautiful with helpful staff and the view was gorgeous. The location was right in the centre of Oia. Didn’t have to walk a lot to see the must see locations.

Could have been better if the shower head was attached without a shopping carrier bag and the view was slightly obstructed by growing shrub branches.

Superb

Location was simply amazing, the sunset right in front of you. Peaceful, quiet, the lady at the reception was also polite and helpful. Hats off to james and his colleague who carried our luggage with so many steps. Trust me Oia is outstanding but since it’s located on the hill, it’s a mission to climb up and down the steps
