Beautiful cave studio Well decorated and had all amenities needed in a central spot of Oia We had our own private plunge pool with the studio which my teenagers enjoyed using . The owner kept in touch throughout our stay ensuring we had all we needed and offering us any recommendations when requested . A lady came over to service /clean everyday if we needed and offering.clean Towels etc i Pool was kept in good working order checked and cleaned .beds to sunbathe and loungers above Great attention to detail -coffee pods tea water Juice ,hotel slippers ,robes,ice cube tray fir coop drinks My Teenagers appreciated the toastie machine !! The views from the property are amazing A great stay in a beautiful location -perfect The perfect stay

The cave-style room was stunning and unique, with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The view from the terrace was breathtaking — especially at sunset. The location in Oia was ideal, and the staff were kind and accommodating.

There’s nothing to fault — everything was excellent.

Fabulous Family stay with great hot tub facilities for watching the sunset

Location and hot tub on the roof. It doesnt overlook the very pretty slopes of Santorini with the Cave Houses but it is so close to walk to and the view from the roof is so pretty . It was also quite and just out of the way for crazy crowds. Had everything we needed and was a wonderful stay

Close to everything but tucked away.

The property was located in Oia and a short block from the main pedestrian, but tucked away enough to feel like we had room to breathe away from the crowds. The rooftop was great and had a view of the ocean and the sunset.

Was a great place in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent. I loved the roof top deck. It was spacious and private with areas with sun and areas with shade. It felt like a refuge after battling the crowds in the streets of Oia. Would definitely stay here again.

We were missing the WIFI code the first night. Information was not in the room and couldn't reach the contact person. We eventually got it the next day from another guest.

Exceptional

Look of the property gives that typical santorini experience you can wish for. Rooms are exactly as you can see on photos so no surprise there. It is also perfect for someone who is afraid of getting sick from air conditioning ( we did not even needed to turn it on as cave house is naturally a bit cooler ). There is beautiful rooftop terrace you can use ( it has nice sunset view which is great if you don’t want to watch sunset in crowded streets of oia with other people. Property is pretty much private in the hidden street so there are no tourists looking at you from the streets. You can get all this privacy even though you are in the center and areas around are absolutely stunning. I would say you get pretty nice oia experience that is also price wise. Faye was there for our check in and she was super kind and helpful. Even though we did not need to contact her much during our stay, it felt like we can always text or call her if we need help with something or some recommendation. I can recommend outopia cave houses and would definetely go there again.

Sensationell!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in allerbester und ruhiger Lage! Es gibt zwar keine Sicht auf die caldera, aber trotzdem kann man bestens von der terasse aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und ist in einer Minute im Zentrum. Der Pool ist super, wenn auch im Oktober bereits zu kalt. Die superfreundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber waren aber so lieb uns noch einen benachbarten und beheizten jacuzzi zur Verfügung zu stellen. So hatten wir die perfekte Kombi!!! Wir waren begeistert und freuen uns wiederzukommen!!

Santorini sin aglomeraciones

El alojamiento está muuuuy bien situado, aunque no tiene vistas a la caldera, si se puede ver el anochecer y el mar en la terraza, donde se ubican los jacuzzis, que cada apartamento tiene asignado aunque compartiendo el espacio de la terraza. Además nosotros pudimos disfrutar de total privacidad pues éramos los únicos huéspedes que se alojaban en ese momento, al tratarse de Octubre y entre semana. Con todas las comodidades, además de servicio de limpieza todos los días. Oksana, es una persona muy amable y está pendiente de todo. Además del encargado, que en todo momento nos ayudó a conseguir transfer, recomendaciones de lugares y restaurantes vía WhatsApp y a cualquier hora.

Uma simpática caverninha, com um lindo visual do pôr do sol e ótima localização

As fotos dos quartos me confundiram e ao chegar achei estranho não ter nenhuma janela! Mas depois me acostumei e até gostei da experiência. Anfitriã não nos recebeu pessoalmente, mas deu muitas dicas e resolveu tudo pelo WhatsApp. É muito bem montado, cama e chuveiro bons. Ótima localização, estacionamento próximo, tem que andar pouco com as malas. Tem muitos restaurantes bons nas redondezas, além de um terraço com um lindo visual do pôr do sol!

Chegamos exatamente na hora do famoso pôr do sol: pedi para o rapaz que nos recebeu para a entrega das chaves para fazer uma foto minha e do meu marido e ele se recusou. Falou que a função dele era apenas nos levar ao quarto. Ele estava certo, mas acho que não custaria nada ter feito a foto... Sugiro a compra de uma torradeira ou grill para a cozinha.
