A beautiful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, a lovely pool area, a delicious and healthy breakfast, and most importantly, its wonderfully engaging staff. I was picked up at the bus station by Aries, who kindly carried my suitcase. My suite was spotlessly clean and well-furnished with plenty of fresh towels. The terrace offered gorge sunset views. Hassan was especially kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, I had a fall on the terrace steps. The staff immediately took me to see a doctor. Hassan arranged the taxi and sent Aries to the pharmacy. Hassan and the tall handsome gentleman who worked at the bar (whose name I'm sorry to have forgotten) kindly walked me to the doctor's office and to the taxi station, supporting me along the way. Hassan even brought my breakfast to my room the night before my early flight to Athens. The only big disappointment was that my credit card was charged four days before my arrival, even though I had selected the “pay on arrival" option because I planned to pay in cash. This early charge cost me more due to the rate difference of the “early pay nonrefundable” and “pay on arrival” plus a foreign transaction fee on my credit card. It was disappointing that the hotel did not honor the original payment method.

Amazing hotel, right in the middle of all the action, multiple choices for dining, shopping and gear views. Staff is superb, very helpful and attentive, bkfast was delicious and great choices, I'm very happy we stayed at this place, and highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

The reception staff were exceptional. The location was excellent allowing for numerous options for restaurants and bus transportation to Fira, a must do. The hotel is located right on the main walk way of all the shops. The walk to Ammoudi Bay is a must do. You can cab or bus to Black Sandy Beach for an excursion. The room and property is clean.

While there isn't direct vehicle access to the hotel, hotel staff, Alex and his assistant, met us at the drop off area and quickly gather all the bags and lead us to the hotel. They took our bags to our rooms while we checked in with Evaggelia. We settled in and watched the people window shopping. The staff along with Georgia were attentive and always helpful. This was a wonderfully relaxing experience.

This hotel in Oia is a great place to stay. It’s very convenient from the main roads. When searching for a hotel I read many reviews and many advised not staying in Oia due to the noise, but this location was completely quiet. The reception was great at assisting with taxi transfers for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Oia.

Excellent location with most of the sights in Oía within walking distance, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some flight delays getting there which cut short our stay but Evangelia helped us book a day trip and we were still able to cover most of the important stuff. Breakfast was really awesome with lots of choices. The island itself was really nice and pretty and we would love to go back there again.

Property was beautiful! It was amazing to live within Oiea's iconic architecture and within a minute to iconic 3 domes. Service was excellent--- Evangelia was so cheerful and accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and varied (and vegetarian friendly). Property is unique, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and clean---overall 10/10!!!

I really liked the location of this hotel, you are only a few steps from the shops and the scenic domes, what makes this location special is the pool area is very quit and tranquil. Breakfast was so delicious and filling with plenty variety. The staff was so friendly polite and helpful. Georgia has been the best host we have had in the three hotels we have stayed at she helped us with our tours and gave us the best recommendations. We will come back again!

Conveniently and centrally located, with easy access to everything—from the Oia bus stop and sightseeing spots like the caldera and blue domes to other picturesque locations, shops, and restaurants. There are plenty of nearby options for both food and shopping. The rooms are clean and offer ample space for a family of four. Swimming pool is clean but a bit cold for early april but this didn't stop kids from jumping in. Best part - most of it is a flat walk to accommodation from the Oia post office so no worry about needing to take steps esp with bags. We landed close to mid night and had no issue getting to this place and felt safe. Bathrooms have limited ventilation so don't know if there's much to do about this. Georgia was prompt in her responses and provided clear instructions on how to reach the accommodation from our drop-off point at the post office. She also recommended great places to eat and visit, including vineyards.

Breakfast is not included but if you buy breakfast there it’s only 10 euros and you can pick as much food as you want. I forgot to mention to kostas( front desk) re.small flies that keeps showing up even if we got rid of the previous ones.

good property with stairs like any place in Greece, the view from the balcony of our room gives the qualifier to everything, you could see the sunset and sunrise without obstructions near the Oia castle and near the three domes, which are endless rows, but a restaurant is not allowed to see them.

Absolutely amazing stay here everything was perfect staff were very helpful arranging pick up and drop off at port. Messaged for an iron and it came in 2 minutes great service. The location is the best and as it is off the Main Street has a brilliant secluded pool area.
